Induced aggregation operators in decision making with the Dempster-Shafer belief structure

We study the induced aggregation operators. The analysis begins with a revision of some basic concepts such as the induced ordered weighted averaging (IOWA) operator and the induced ordered weighted geometric (IOWG) operator. We then analyze the problem of decision making with Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence. We suggest the use of induced aggregation operators in decision making with Dempster-Shafer theory. We focus on the aggregation step and examine some of its main properties, including the distinction between descending and ascending orders and different families of induced operators. The induced 2-tuple linguistic generalized OWA operator and its application in linguistic decision making

We present the induced 2-tuple linguistic generalized ordered weighted averaging (2-TILGOWA) operator. This new aggregation operator extends previous approaches by using generalized means, order-inducing variables in the reordering of the arguments and linguistic information represented with the 2-tuple linguistic approach. Its main advantage is that it includes a wide range of linguistic aggregation operators. Thus, its analyses can be seen from different perspectives and we obtain a much more complete picture of the situation considered and are able to select the alternative that best fits with with our interests or beliefs. We further generalize the operator by using quasi-arithmetic means, and obtain the Quasi-2-TILOWA operator. The generalized index of maximum and minimum level and its application in decision making

The index of maximum and minimum level is a very useful technique, especially for decision making, which uses the Hamming distance and the adequacy coefficient in the same problem. In this paper, we suggest a generalization by using generalized and quasi-arithmetic means. As a result, we will get the generalized ordered weighted averaging index of maximum and minimum level (GOWAIMAM) and the Quasi-OWAIMAAM operator. These new aggregation operators generalize a wide range of particular cases such as the generalized index of maximum and minimum level (GIMAM), the OWAIMAM, the ordered weighted quadratic averaging IMAM (OWQAIMAM), and others. A PROTEÇÃO SOCIAL DE MÉDIA COMPLEXIDADE NO SUAS E A VIOLAÇÃO DE DIREITOS

No presente artigo, busca-se aprofundar de que forma os Municípios de Santa Catarina, aqueles de Pequeno Porte I (até 20.000 habitantes), estão atendendo as famílias com violações de direitos, a partir da proteção social de média complexidade no Sistema Único de Assistência Social - SUAS, considerando que não contam com Centros de Referência Especializados de Assistência Social – CREAS, no âmbito municipal e nem com equipamentos regionalizados, competência da gestão estadual, bem como não contam com cofinanciamento Federal e Estadual. Diante deste contexto, os Municípios atendem as violações de direitos, com técnico de gestão ou equipe técnica na gestão (assistente social e psicólogo), ou ainda no próprio Centro de Referência da Assistência Social - CRAS. Com essa realidade queremos problematizar o atendimento das violações de direitos, considerando a inexistência dos espaços de referência existentes em somente 94 municípios dos 295 de SC

O PROCESSO DE TRABALHO DOS ASSISTENTES SOCIAIS NO SUAS EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA DO COVID-19

: Neste artigo analisamos o processo de trabalho do Assistente Social em tempo de precarização das Políticas Sociais e da Política de Assistência Social em Tempos de pandemia covid-19. O artigo foi elaborado a partir da disciplina Trabalho e Teoria de Valor em Marx, da Pós-Graduação em Serviço Social da UFSC, e da vivência das autoras na Política de Assistência Social. Apresenta-se aspectos relativos a pandemia da COVID-19, buscando discutir os caminhos que percorrem a precarização das Políticas Sociais frente a mercadorização e a financeirização dos direitos sociais, que impacta diretamente no processo de trabalho, trazendo como foco de reflexão da atuação dos assistentes sociais na Política de Assistência Social e as mudanças significativas que implicaram o trabalho neste política pública. Concluímos que as Políticas Sociais no atual cenário, vem para incrementar a ação de um Estado, opressor, facista e mercadorizado, que cria situações para retirar direitos sociais

Mapping knowledge management research: a bibliometric overview

In recent years, knowledge management (KM) has consistently attained considerably growing research attention. Consequently, several literature reviews have been performed addressing different topic areas of KM. This paper seeks to present a comprehensive bibliometric and network analysis on KM to understand its development from the perspective of academic communities. Subsequently, it seeks to identify the structure of associations between prior and current themes, predict emerging trends and offer a longitudinal perspective on KM research. This study used web of science database and the initial sample was trimmed down by considering only the articles contributing to KM literature, and further 8,721 KM papers published in the last 30 years were systematically evaluated. The descriptive statistics and science mapping methods employing co-citation analysis were performed with VOSviewer software. In the descriptive analysis, we have analysed publication trends over time, geographical localization of the contributing institutions, journals, most prolific authors, top-performing institutions and most cited articles. Science mapping analysis is based on co-word analysis and co-citations analysis, namely articles’ co-citations and authors’ co-citations. The main findings of this paper will help researchers and academicians to develop knowledge in a specific sub-field by analysing the research outcomes of the papers included in the body of literature.
