    底層的自我表述 : 以余秀華和范雨素為例

    從新文化運動的「平民文學」到近年廣受討論的「底層文學」,關懷底層群體的作家對如何更好地描寫不同境遇中的底層群體提出各自的見解。而在當下時代新媒體的推動下,底層作者也發表文學作品表現自己的生活和情感世界。 余秀華和范雨素即是近年來廣受關注的兩位底層作者,她們的作品因呈現了和普遍的對底層群體的苦難描寫不同的個人主體性而得到大量的關注和討論。本文將分別從文學生產和文本分析兩個層面對這一現象進行分析梳理。本文首先將對不同時期底層書寫的文學生產過程進行梳理,強調新媒體的加入對當下底層書寫的影響;其次本文將對余秀華和范雨素兩位作者的文本進行分析,試圖探究其文本的特性。 以往的研究或是關注專業作家對底層群體的描寫,或是將底層作者的作品進行單獨研究,本文借這兩位作者做整體分析探究,希望由此獲得關於底層書寫的更多理解

    The relationship between gut microbiota and inflammatory response, learning and memory in mice by sleep deprivation

    ObjectiveSleep deprivation has developed into a common phenomenon, which can lead to inflammatory responses and cognitive impairment, but the underlying mechanism is ambiguous. Emerging evidence shows that gut microbiota plays a crucial role in theoccurrence and development of inflammatory and psychiatric diseases, possibly through neuroinflammation and the brain-gut axis. The current study investigated the influence of sleep deprivation on gut microbiota composition, pro-inflammatory cytokines, learning and memory in mice. Further, it explored whether changes in gut microbiota increase pro-inflammatory cytokine and induce learning and memory impairment.MethodsHealthy 8-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the regular control group (RC), environmental control group (EC), and sleep deprivation group (SD). The sleep deprivation model was established by the Modified Multiple Platform Method. The experimental mice were subjected to sleep deprivation for 6h/d (8:00 am∼14:00 pm) in a sleep deprivation chamber, and the duration of sleep deprivation was 8 weeks. Morris water maze test to assess learning and memory in mice. Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay determined the concentrations of inflammatory cytokines. The changes in gut microbiota in mice were analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing.ResultsWe found that SD mice had elevated latency of exploration to reach the hidden platform (p>0.05) and significantly decreased traversing times, swimming distance, and swimming time in the target zone when the hidden platform was removed (p<0.05). Sleep deprivation caused dysregulated expression in serum IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in mice, and the difference was significant (all p<0.001). Tannerellaceae, Rhodospirillales, Alistipes, and Parabacteroides were significantly increased in SD mice. Correlation analysis showed IL-1β was positively correlated with the abundance of Muribaculaceae (r=0.497, p<0.05) and negatively correlated with the abundance of Lachnospiraceae (r=-0.583, p<0.05). The TNF-α was positively correlated with the abundances of Erysipelotrichaceae, Burkholderiaceae, and Tannerellaceae (r=0.492, r=0.646, r=0.726, all p<0.05).ConclusionSleep deprivation can increase pro-inflammatory cytokine responses and learning and memory impairment in mice and may be caused by the disorder of the microbiota. These findings of this study may open avenues for potential interventions that can relieve the detrimental consequences of sleep loss

    Stress and Deformation Analysis of Buried Gas Pipelines Subjected to Buoyancy in Liquefaction Zones

    Buried pipelines are the main means of long distance transportation of natural gas. These pipelines are in high risk crossing liquefaction areas due to large deformations and stresses that may exist in pipe induced by the buoyancy load. In this study, a systematic analytical and numerical analysis were performed to investigate the mechanical behavior of a buried gas pipeline subjected to buoyancy in liquefaction areas. Soil constraints on pipe were considered accurately in the proposed models through soil spring assumptions. Effects of axial forces on pipe&rsquo s bending deformation were also considered via the governing equations for beam under bending and tension. Deformation compatibility condition was utilized to derive the axial forces in pipe. The accuracy of the proposed analytical model was validated by comparing its results with those derived by an established rigorous finite element model. In addition, parametric analysis was finally performed using the analytical model to study the influences of pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness, soil spring stiffness and width of liquefaction zone on pipe&rsquo s mechanical responses.     Control of electro-chemical processes using energy harvesting materials and devices

    Energy harvesting is a topic of intense interest that aims to convert ambient forms of energy such as mechanical motion, light and heat, which are otherwise wasted, into useful energy. In many cases the energy harvester or nanogenerator converts motion, heat or light into electrical energy, which is subsequently rectified and stored within capacitors for applications such as wireless and self-powered sensors or low-power electronics. This review covers the new and emerging area that aims to directly couple energy harvesting materials and devices with electro-chemical systems. The harvesting approaches to be covered include pyroelectric, piezoelectric, triboelectric, flexoelectric, thermoelectric and photovoltaic effects. These are used to influence a variety of electro-chemical systems such as applications related to water splitting, catalysis, corrosion protection, degradation of pollutants, disinfection of bacteria and material synthesis. Comparisons are made between the range harvesting approaches and the modes of operation are described. Future directions for the development of electro-chemical harvesting systems are highlighted and the potential for new applications and hybrid approaches are discussed

    Tetramethyl pyrazine exerts anti-apoptotic and antioxidant effects in a mouse model of MPTP-induced Parkinson's disease via regulation of the expressions of Bax, Bcl-2, Nrf2 and GCLC

    Purpose: To investigate the effect of tetramethyl pyrazine (TMP) on MPTP)-mediated neuronal apoptosis and oxidative imbalance in mice, and the mechanism of action involved. Methods: Forty-five mice were assigned evenly to blank control, MPTP and TMP groups. The protein concentrations of Bax, Bcl-2, cytochrome C (Cyt c), Nrf2, GCLC and cleaved caspase-3; and levels of glutathione (GSH) and thiobarbituric acid reactive products (TBARS) were evaluated and compared amongst the groups. Results: Cyt c, Bax, and cleaved caspase-3 protein levels in TMP group were significantly lower than those in MPTP group, while Bcl-2 protein expression was higher in TMP group than in MPTP mice (p < 0.05). Furthermore, TBARS was lower in TMP group than in MPTP group, while GSH level increased, relative to MPTP mice. The levels of Nrf2 and GCLC were significantly higher in TMP group than in MPTP group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Tetramethyl pyrazine exerts anti-apoptotic and antioxidant effects on MPTP-mediated Parkinsonism via regulation of the expressions of Bax, Bcl-2, Nrf2 and glutamate-cysteine ligase catalytic subunit. Thus, TMP has potential for use in the treatment Parkinson’s disease
