National active surveillance to understand and inform neonatal care in COVID-19.

The novel coronavirus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes COVID-19 and has spread rapidly. COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the WHO on 12 March 2020.
