    The Importance Of Listening Comprehension In Understanding An Accent To Provide Clear Information By The Customer Service Officer At Pt Angkasa Pura I, Bali

    The writer obtained her knowledge as a customer service officer during the internship at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport from 2nd January to 2nd February 2020. There are several important points that can be concluded from this final report. The first one is listening comprehension during communicating with customer who speaks British accent, and the strategies in giving clear information to the customers at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Based on the writer’s explanation in chapter one (Review of Related Literature), literature such as listening comprehension is consentient with the writer’s experienced when conducting the internship at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali; also strategies in providing clear information to customers were also carried out successfully. The first problem experienced by the writer during the communication with the customers who speaks British accent was listening comprehension. In fact, almost all customer service officers at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali experienced the same problem as the writer; they also had difficulty in understanding the problem when communicating with customers who speaks British accents. Asking customers to repeat what they were explaining is the only way used by customer service officer in I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali to understand the problem
