EXIT (EXtrinsic Information Transfer) Chart Analysis for BCH (Bose-Chaudhuri- Hocquenghem) Codes

BCH (Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem) codes are used extensively in numerous applications in order to achieve reliable data transfer. In this paper, the parameters of BCH codes are introduced and used to investigate its applications, characteristics and performance when employed as inner and outer code in decoding method. To evaluate the parameters, three types of BCH codes: (7,4,3), (15,11,3) and (31,26,3); are applied. In addition, the implementation of BCJR (Bahl, Cocke, Jelinek and Raviv) algorithm is discussed by applying APP-SISO (a posteriori probabilities – Soft Input Soft Output) decoding for BCH codes. The proposed cheme employing inner and outer decoding of BCH codes is analyzed and compared by using EXIT characteristic of BCH decoders. The channel capacity measurements for different rates inner BCH codes are described by using BPSK modulation over AWGN channel. Pengaruh E-service Quality Terhadap E-loyalty Pelanggan Go-jek Melalui E-satisfaction Pada Kategori Go-ride

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek melalui e-satisfaction pada kategori GO-ride. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari GO-jek yang menggunakan layanan GO-ride dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasilnya adalah e-service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap e-satisfaction pelanggan GO-jek ; e-service quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek; e-satisfaction pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek; dan e-service quality berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek melalui e-satisfaction

Pajak adalah hal yang penting dan wajib dalam kegiatan bernegara. Pajak dikategorikan sebagai partisipasi dan kontribusi langsung masyarakat terhadap negara. Kesalahan perpajakan yang terdahulu membuat masyarakat Indonesia kehilangan kepercayaannya. Masyarakat berujung pada sikap apatis, membuat jarak antara pemerintahan dengan masyarakat. Kini pihak perpajakan sudah memulai USAha untuk memulihkan kualitas dalam servis perpajakan, tetapi masyarakat yang sudah terlanjur apatis memiliki perspektif negatif terhadap pajak. Masyarakat tidak mengerti apa guna dan apa manfaat pajak, sehingga berujung tidak peduli. Pengetahuan dan informasi yang disediakan pemerintah pun tidak cukup tepat. Maka penelitian ini merupakan jembatan antara masyarakat dan perpajakan, bertujuan membuat website interaktif berisi informasi perpajakan untuk masyarakat, khususnya dewasa muda yang masih awam mengenai pajak. Website ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pngetahuan masyarakat terhadap pajak, merubah masyarakat yang apatis menjadi kritis. Karena konsep dari pemerintahan Indonesia berdasarkan pada demokrasi; dari rakyat untuk rakyat oleh rakyat maka kontrol pemerintahan berada sepenuhnya di tangan masyarakat

The objectives of this study were (1) to find out whichapproach was more effective, English for SpecificPurpose (ESP) or General English (GE) in teachingEnglish for the PAI students of IAIN Raden IntanLampung; (2) and to find out the problems faced bythe students in learning English, either through theimplementation of ESP approach or GE approach,and the solutions as well in order to minimize theproblems. Boundary conditions in the Dirac approach to graphene devices

We study a family of local boundary conditions for the Dirac problem corresponding to the continuum limit of graphene, both for nanoribbons and nanodots. We show that, among the members of such family, MIT bag boundary conditions are the ones which are in closest agreement with available experiments. Faktor-faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Minat Masyarakat Dalam Keikutsertaan Bpjs Mandiri Di Kecamatan Bener Kabupaten Purworejo

Bener District located in Purworejo. The problem that exists is the number of participants health BPJS is small in scope, with details of the number of participants health BPJS consisted of 8.153 households PBI participants and 695 households NON PBI participants. Other data showed 8.151 household qualify as poor family and 10.581 household qualify as Non Gakin, there's 6,5% Non PBI health BPJS participants of the total Non Gakin population. We need to know why 93,5% well off households in Bener District has not followed BPJS. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the public interest in participation of health BPJS independently in Bener Regency. This is an analytical explanatory research. The method used was survey through questionnaire and interviews with a cross-sectional design. Samples were well off family who have not joined health BPJS living in Bener District. The sampling using probability sampling with proportional random sampling. Determination of sample size use of Lemeshow is 65 households. Respondents mostly middle age category (41-60 years) as many as 55 households (67.9%). Respondents had an average age of 47.51 years old, the majority of respondents finished primary school as many as 37 households (45.7%), livelihood as a self-employed as many as 32 households (39.5%), and are not interested in participation of health BPJS as many as 67 households (82.7%) althought the variables were showed good result. It's may caused by the influenced of other variables which is out of investigated variables. The results of the study showed that the factors relating to the public interest in the participation of independent health BPJS is attitudes, perceptions, and the support of those closest to the respondent. Pengaruh budaya organisasional dan keadilan organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior PT Jatim Indo Lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meng­uji apa­­kah budaya organisa-sional dan keadilan organisasional ber­pe­nga­ruh terhadap organizational citizenship beha-vior PT Jatim Indo Lesta­ri. Pe­ngum­­pulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuan­ti­tatif.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan da­lam penelitian adalah dengan metode sensus. Ha­sil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasional dan keadi-lan organisasional secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT Jatim Indo Lestari.
