Human Resource is the key to the success of any nation Without women literacy and empowerment Human Resource development of a nation cannot achieve its goals Hence women literacy as well as empowerment is equally important For sustainable development of the Indian economy women empowerments are highly prioritized According to the census of 2011 women constitute 48 2 of the total population of India Though many women of our country are empowering themselves but still there are some Muslim women of our country who remain backward in education and development Muslim women always remained socially and economically backward in our country Their low participation in education becomes a barrier in the path of achieving the goal of universal education Even within the context of education in general there is a wide gap between the Muslim women and the women belonging to other religions and communities The problems of the Muslim women are much different and more complex than their counterparts belonging to other religions Indian Muslims women are far behind in achieving the literacy status because of their poor economic conditions and patriarchy society religious superstition

A computational study to assess the performance of different gas turbine power plant configurations is presented in this paper. The work includes the effect of humidity, ambient inlet air temperature and types of fuels on gas turbine plant configurations with and without fogger unit. Investigation also covers economic analysis and effect of fuels on emissions. GT frames of various sizes/ratings are being used in gas turbine power plants in Saudi Arabia. 20 MWe GE 5271RA, 40 MWe GE-6561B and 70 MWe GE-6101FA frames are selected for the present study. Fogger units with maximum mass flow rate of 2 kg/s are considered for the present analysis. Reverse Osmosis unit of capacity 4 kg/s supplies required water to the fogger units. GT PRO software has been used for carrying out the analysis including; net plant output and net efficiency, break even electricity price and break even fuel LHV price etc., for a given location of Saudi Arabia. The relative humidity and temperature have been varied from 30 to 45 % and from 80 to 100° F, respectively. Fuels considered in the study are natural gas, diesel and heavy bunker oil. Simulated gas turbine plant output from GT PRO has been validated against an existing gas turbine plant output. It has been observed that the simulated plant output is less than the existing gas turbine plant output by 5%. Results show that variation of humidity does not affect the gas turbine performance appreciably for all types of fuels. For a decrease of inlet air temperature by 10 °F, net plant output and efficiency have been found to increase by 5 and 2 %, respectively for all fuels, for GT only situation. However, for GT with Fogger scenario, for a decrease of inlet air temperature by 10 °F, net plant output and efficiency have been found to further increase by 3.2 and 1.2 %, respectively for all fuels. For all GT frames with fogger, the net plant output and efficiency are relatively higher as compared to GT only case for all fuels. More specifically, net plant output and efficiency for natural gas are higher as compare to other fuels for all GT scenarios. For a given 70 MWe frame with and without fogger, break even fuel price and electricity price have been found to vary from 2.2 to 2.5 USD/MMBTU and from 0.020 to 0.0239 USD/kWh respectively. It has been noticed that turbines operating on natural gas emit less carbon relatively as compared to other fuels

Smart Governing System Based on Mesh Algorithm for Industrial Gas and Flame Detection with Alert System

The paper proposes a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) solution for monitoring environmental parameters during industrial fires. The system includes sensors that collect real-time data on temperature ,humidity, and gas emissions. When the system detects a fire orgas out break ,it generates alerts and presents the data on a single webpage for easy visualization by first responders. The solution aims to provide near real time alerting, enabling prompt response to minimize the impact of industrial fires. The paper also presents experimental analysis of sensor node behavior during a fire in a test set-up, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the system in detecting fire outbreaks and generating alerts promptly. The proposed system has the potential to reduce the impact of industrial fires, including loss of human lives, vegetation, economic loss ,and environmental pollution

Wood finishing relates to the process of embellishing or protecting the surface of the wood. The paper aimed at formulating a marketing strategy for introducing water borne German based Wood Finishes named Eukula Strato into local market of northern Kerala, India. Multiple cross sectional descriptive research with judgmental sampling technique elicited responses from Finishers, Furniture manufacturers and Interior designers. Findings revealed that Eukula Strato had a distinct advantage when compared to any other Wood Finish that was available in the local market. Findings and suggestions were reported as per 4P’s of marketing mix. Percentage analysis, Chi square analysis etc were used to interpret the result

In the current business context, a highly engaged employees support in realising the organisational goals in an effective manner. An employee who is not engaged will lead the group to realised lower level of income, reduce the profitability and impact the business growth negatively. Hence, the top management need to focus in devising critical policies and procedures which will support in enhancing the employee engagement in the organisation. The competitive environment has compelled the management to implement various procedures and policies which support in retaining the best talent in the organisation and ensure that they perform their tasks effectively in order to enhance performance of the employees and organisation. The highly engaged employees provide better results to the company through enhancing their performance, these employees offer suggestions and methods which will lead to reducing the operational cost, create new process and methods in generating new services and products, identify ways in increasing revenues and also work collaboratively for realising sustainable growth and advantage. This study involves in using empirical investigation to understand the critical determinants of employee engagement practices in enhancing the performance of the individuals in the organisation

Psychological Problems among School Going Children- A Systematic Review

Background: The childhood psychological problems are the life impairing psychological indicator of an individual. The adolescent age is the most prominent age for acquiring the diversified psychological adaptation. Objective: The current research study is systematically analyzing the psychological problem of school going children. The aim of this study was to assess the consensus and differentiation of the spectrum of psychological problems among school going children and their associated factors in previously published literature. Methodology: The adopted method of this research study because PRISMA diagram. EndNote Version X9's PubMed collection was searched for publications using the particular keywords (psychological issues and school-age children).  The papers were filtered by year of publication, and any content that had been published before 2019 was purged from the electronic PubMed collection. Data Analysis:  out of total 1564, 10 articles were included in systematic analysis. The included articles were international research study from China, Europe, Turkey, Netherlands, Denmark, the USA and Canada. The research studies were of cross sectional correlational research design, longitudinal research studies, quantitative cross sectional studies. Conclusion: The qualitative analysis has shown the spectrum of psychological physical problems of school going children i.e. the behavioral changes, ignorance, arrogance, irritation, social withdrawal, social isolation,  lack of confidence and low self-esteem, anxiety,  depression, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder. These psychological issues are deeply associated with mobile phone addiction, social media addiction, parental psychological disorders and child sexual abuse, school bullying and criticism. The moderate to vigorous physical activates are suggested ad non pharmacological treatment of these psychological problems
