FöldĂ©pĂtĂ©s egy környezetbarátabb Ă©pĂtĹ‘iparĂ©rt : A föld anyagĂş falak elĹ‘nyei = Building with earth for the environmentally friendly construction industry
Building with earth has its limits, but it is perfectly
adequate as a loadbearing structure for low-rise residential buildings. Even so the share of earthen buildings developed for newly built residential buildings is extremely low. The challenges of incorporating earthen construction into the current building industry are assessed. Substantial research data is reviewed from the literature concerning the environmental benefits of building with earth. Earth construction in general shows great potential in reducing the embodied energy and global warming potential of the built environment
Meztelen vályogházak : A NĂ©pi Tudományos Diákkör felmĂ©rĂ©seinek kutatási hasznosĂthatĂłsága = Folk Science Student Circle Usability of Research Surveys
Contemporary adobe architecture seems to abandon archetypes associated with building materials. Brave moves to expose adobe structures are made possible when employing some form of stabilization, where some pioneering examples do not require chemical additives. Seeing the success of these pioneers in adobe structures examining existing buildings to see how they function as a building material use type and how would the fare without their ominous hats and boots. With particular emphasis placed upon the research of the Folk Science Student Circle
Földanyagú külső falak tartóssága : Megépült példák és vizsgálati módszerek = Durability of Soil Based External Walls
As the contemporary trend for developing buildings with external earth walls increases the need to measure rates of stability, structural integrity and therefore durability has grown. Guidelines for developing these methods of construction follow research into contemporary design trends, knowledge of regional construction methods, chemical analysis, selection of suitable base materials and a harmonisation of test methods. Once these areas of study have been undertaken suitable advice into how to build against erosion can be offered
