Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Pembuatan Paspor Baru di Wilayah DKI Jakarta

The government through the Directorate General of Immigration under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia made a breakthrough policy is helpful in the management process passports for citizens of Indonesia for easy, fast and effective through the use of information technology. Where present if an Indonesian citizen wanted for a passport can pre register first via the website http://www.imigrasi.go.id. In this study all described in the management information related to passport online to the public, especially residents of Jakarta starting from the data entry applicants to pre-petition receipt printing that can be used as evidence that the applicant is the data contained in the proof of the pre-petition has included documents document requirements in the new passport, so that the applicant can directly execute the process of verifying the authenticity of the document, the process of taking fingerprints and photographs and interview process. This will greatly assist in the management of passport applicants who previously had to take at least up to 8 working days to more easily, quickly and effectively, because if you do the prepetition management of passport takes only 4 working days. Expert Expert Systems in Introduction of the Personality Type is an expert system designed as a tool to diagnose personality type with a dynamic knowledge base. This knowledge is obtained from various sources including research by experts in the field as well as books related to personality. Expert system method used is forward chaining. This expert system will display a selection of personality profile option that can be selected by the user, in which each option will bring the user\u27s personality profile to get the final result. At the end, the system will display the results of the introduction of personality type and other details. The system is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Conclusions obtained in this study is that the expert system is designed to help make decisions that will be undertaken profession

Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Kehadiran Guru dengan Menggunakan Fingerprint terhadap Tingkat Kedisiplinan

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the effective implementation ofthe fingerprint system used to store data in the presence of a teacher at SDN 06 Pagi LentengAgung on the level of discipline. The method used in this research is quantitative method withmethod approach TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) that is applied to 16 samples. Theinstrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this study are variable perception of theusefulness (X1) obtained thitung of 5.100 with 0.000 significance value, because the value of farless significance than 0.05 then H0 and accept H1. This shows that the variable perception ofthe usefulness (X1) are statistically significant effect on the dependent variable discipline (Y).Based on the partial results of hypothesis testing (test F) obtained Fhitung = 26.006 with asignificance value of 0.000. Because the significance value less than 0.05 then H0 and acceptH1. This shows that the perceived usefulness of the independent variables are statisticallysignificant effect on the dependent variable (discipline). unknown magnitude r2perception of usefulness is 6.49% which is obtained from the partial correlation coefficients for the variablesperception of usefulness squared namely (0,806)2 of these explanations indicate that thevariable uses fingerprint machine to give effect to discipline teachers at SDN 06 Pagi LentengAgung. The sale of camera accessories is one of the important components in business. However, currently the company faces several obstacles in the sales process. In addition, there is no system that suits the needs of customers in gaining access to camera accessories sold. To overcome this problem, this study aims to design and develop a prototype interface mockup design system for selling camera accessories. This research uses a prototype system development method by identifying user needs, analyzing existing sales processes, and designing appropriate solutions. Through needs analysis, it is known that customers need convenience in searching for products, seeing product details, making purchases. Meanwhile, admins need to have access to manage inventory, process orders, and view sales reports. Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Kehadiran Guru Dengan Menggunakan Fingerprint Terhadap Tingkat Kedisiplinan

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh efektivitas penerapansistem fingerprint yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data kehadiran guru di lingkungan SDN 06Pagi Lenteng Agung terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)yang diterapkan pada 16 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitianini adalah variabel persepsi kegunaan (X1) diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,100 dengan nilaisignifikasi 0,000, karena nilai signifikasi jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan menerimaH1. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi kegunaan (X1) secara statistik berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap variabel dependen sikap disiplin (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis parsial(uji F) diperoleh F hitung = 26,006 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Karena nilai signifikansi lebihkecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan menerima H1. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabelindependen persepsian kegunaan secara statistik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabeldependen (sikap disiplin). diketahui besarnya r2 persepsi kegunaan adalah 6,49% yangdiperoleh dari koefisien korelasi parsial untuk variabel persepsi kegunaan dikuadratkan yaitu(0,806)2 dari penjelasan tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel kegunaan mesin fingerprintmemberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap disiplin guru SDN 06 Pagi Lenteng Agung. Komparasi Metode Simple Additive Weighting dan Weighted Product dalam Pemilihan Guru Terbaik pada SMK Raflesia Depok

SMK Raflesia Depok merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang beralamat di Jalan Mahkota Raya No.32B Komplek Pondok Duta I, Kelurahan Tugu Kecamatan Cimanggis, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. SMK Raflesia Depok memiliki dua program keahlian, yaitu Keperawatan dan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak dengan jumlah guru yang ada 17 guru. Untuk itu upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas sekolah yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja semua guru melalui pemilihan guru terbaik. Di SMK Raflesia Depok masalah yang terjadi adalah belum adanya penilaian yang signifikan dan penghargaan bagi guru-guru. Selama ini Kepala Sekolah hanya menilai kehadiran dan kelengkapan administrasi saja. Jika penilaian yang dilakukan hanya dari kehadiran dan kelengkapan administrasi saja akibatnya tidak objektif dan tidak memenuhi penilaian yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di SMK Raflesia Depok dalam penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan guru terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting dan Weighted Product. Hasil perhitungan tingkat kesesuaian, perbandingan total prosentase kesesuaian pada metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) lebih besar yaitu dengan total prosentase 99.36475%, dibandingkan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP) dengan total prosentase 37.59%. Dengan demikian metode yang direkomendasikan untuk pemilihan guru terbaik adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)
