Historical features of the formation of local self-government in Scandinavian countries

The Scandinavian states have a long tradition and, in many respects, a similar history of local self-government. The formation of local authorities took place in the early to mid-19th century. The article discusses the history of local government in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden in the context of a single Scandinavian model of local government. The author analyzes the specifics of the Scandinavian model of local self-government, modern and historical reasons for separation into an independent model.Скандинавские государства имеют давнюю традицию и во многом схожую историю местного самоуправления. Формирование местных органов власти происходит в начале-середине XIX века. В статье рассматривается история местного самоуправления в Дании, Норвегии, Финляндии и Швеции в контексте единой истории местного самоуправления. Автором анализируются специфика скандинавской модели местного самоуправления, современные и исторические причины обособления в самостоятельную модель

The formation and development of women's rights in Europe has a long history, it is different within each of the states. In 2019 is celebrated the centenary of receiving voting rights for women in Germany. The publication is devoted to the study of the political and civil rights of women in Germany from the end of the 19th century to the present day. The authors consider the development of women's rights against the backdrop of political events unfolding in 20th century in Germany and around the world. The author analyses the history of the feminist movement that originated in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century and its role in establishing the political and civil rights of women.Становление и развитие прав женщин в Европе имеет длительную историю, различную внутри каждого из государств. В 2019 г. отмечается столетие с момента получения женщинами избирательных прав в Германии. History of civil and political rights in France

The article discusses the evolution of civil and political rights in the French Republic in historical retrospective and the key events, that influenced their formation in a modern way. The problems of freedom and equality in France in the late 18th - early 19th centuries. The article studied the views of representatives of pre-revolutionary science of law on the understanding of freedom and equality in France.
