    In an effort to repair the company PT. PAL changed the concept of performance appraisal of each division were previously more focused on the financial report into the performance appraisal with the concept of balanced scorecard, this is in line with the direction of the Ministry of SOEs as a state institution builder to each SOE. Merchant vessel division needs help to be able to ensure that the process goes according to plan and know how condition the object in the design, implementation and results. Based on the above issues authors propose Application Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Merchant Vessel Division. The author uses a balanced scorecard method in accordance with the concept of the PT. PAL. To process the existing data using the method of direct user rating. The data that has been processed will be the source of the data in the reports to be made.     PT. Tunggal Djaja Indah (PT. TDI) is a leading paint manufacturer in Indonesia. ISO 9001 which has obtained by PT. TDI is a proof of the seriousness of the company. Current training process in PT. TDI is using a form that called a skill map. The assessment of training needs using skill map is force the head of department to fill the competency by themselves. It makes the result of the training needs is not align to meet company's standard.To solve this problem, we need a solution that can identify training needs that are categorized by knowledge, skill, and attitude based on companys' standard. The way to solve it is make a training needs analysis (TNA) application based on competency.Based on the results of the training needs analysis application, the application can help stakeholders to identify training needs based on the competencies that are categorized by the level of knowledge, skill, and attitude. so it can help to reduce the gap between the competence of employees with competencies expected by the company

    Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Pendidikan Kejuruan (PPPK) is a technical and operational unit of Dinas Pendidikan (Dispendik) East Java Regional that take care of training and vocational education development. UPT PPPK has a main task to organize training and vocational education development, administration, and public services. UPT PPPK has a Educational Services Division (Seksi Pelayanan Pendidikan) which suppose to organize training for Vocational High School's teachers in Each Java Regional.Whilst there are almost 1500 Vocational High Schools, arround 36.000 teachers, and 211 vocationals in East Java which is impossible to organize all vocationals in a year. To overcome these conditions UPT PPPK needs a solution system that could assist to determining which teacher that need training the most. Collecting and analyzing data in order to identify what subjects or elements inside the organization that need to be enhanced for the sake of increasing organization's productivity is what called as Training Need Analysis.Based on result of testing and evaluation, the application success to determining the gap that need training for the teacher through exam as placement test and teacher's training history.     Telkom IS SSM (Service Support Management Information System) is a unit of PT Telekomunkasi Indonesian supporters for performing maintenance of telecommunication equipment infrastructure. IS SSM units do not have a standards regarding problem management process, making it less valid in determining the identification of a problem. Managers will cancel if the problem solver does not have a solution. As a result, the problem can not be resolved immediately disrupt the operations of the company. Due to the lack of specific parties to accept and perform filtering problem, the process of identifying the problem has not gone well. The solution of the above constraints make the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) problem management process by following the ITIL V3 framework. Made through the four phases, the first to conduct stakeholder interviews to determine the processes that occur and the policy implemented. Second make the mapping process management problems. Human resource is one of the source of competitive advantage and the key element that are important to achieve a success in competing to achieve the goal. An individual employee performance improvement will encourage the overall human resource that can increase the productivity. Performance assessment is a right answer to the description above. Based on observations and interviews, the company discovered a problem in the process of assessment items were assessed to be in general and not detailed, although the company has structured competency standarts, and the frequent occurrence of errors in the records and the calculation of the assessment data is still done manually as well as the length of time required for run multiple processes in performance assessment.
