    Development, Characteristics and Durability of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell

    The DSSC 120 x 120 mm square sub-module with high conversion efficiency, excellent high temperature durability was fabricated using the new ruthenium-complex dye J2 which was developed by us, most appropriate Ti02 nano-particles, suited electrolyte containing iodine, the improved sealant, protective material of collecting grids. By assembling many sub-modules, large size of modules and also see-through type DSSC modules were developed. By the study of characteristics of DSSC on the incident angle of light and temperature, the advantage of DSSC has been discussed comparing with other Si solar cells

    本総説は,2010年に学術雑誌に掲載されたX線分析関連の論文において,注目すべき論文を厳選し紹介する.調査した学術雑誌は19件(和雑誌2件含む)であり,X線分析の発展に寄与しているものを対象としているが,分析化学の分野だけでなく,分光学や物理学の分野も網羅している.各雑誌に関して,X 線分析手法や測定された試料の傾向,分析技術や要素開発に関するトピックスの他に,特筆すべき論文には論評も記している.日本工業規格(JIS)におけるX線分析関連の規格の制定や改訂についてまとめている.X線関連メーカーのウェブサイトを紹介し,掲載している技術レポートの情報も得られる. In this article, the interesting X-ray analysis-related literatures, which are published on academic journals during the year 2010, are summarized. The number of the researched journals is 19, including two Japanese journals, which contribute the advance of the X-ray analysis in the field not only of analytical chemistry but also of spectroscopy and physics. In every journal, the trend of the X-ray analysis methods and of the measured specimens, the topics of analytical technique and of the developed components of the X-ray analysis apparatus, and the comments for the nortable articles are mentioned. The constitution and revision of standards of X-ray analysis on Japanease Industrial Standard (JIS) are shown. The websites of the company related with X-ray tools or X-ray apparatus are also shown, and the information on technical reports is available

    高校トップレベル男子長距離走者のパフォーマンスと大腰筋の筋横断面積および最高酸素摂取量の関係

    The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between running performance and the cross–sectional area of the psoas major, peak oxygen uptake, and running economy in male junior long–distance runners. The subjects were 37 male junior athletes who achieved good records in interscholastic athletic competition during 5 years (2011–2015). Their seasonal best times in a 5,000 m race (5,000m–SB) were 14:04.11 ± 0:07.25 (13:53.64–14:16.15). In a multiple regression analysis, 5,000m–SB was statistical significantly correlated with the cross–sectional area of psoas major (16.0 ± 1.7 cm2) measured on magnetic resonance imaging and peak oxygen uptake (4.25 ± 0.36 l min-1 [76.9 ± 5.8 ml min-1 kg-1]) during a lactate curve test comprising five stages. However, 5,000m–SB was not related to oxygen uptake at the work–load which was less than the load at the lactate threshold estimated by using the lactate curve test results. These results suggest that a high volume of the psoas major, the largest hip–flexor muscle, and peak oxygen uptake are among the important factors for junior long–distance runner performance

    The excretion and reabsorption of uric acid both to and from urine are tightly regulated by uric acid transporters. Metabolic syndrome conditions, such as obesity, hypercholesterolemia, and insulin resistance, are believed to regulate the expression of uric acid transporters and decrease the excretion of uric acid. However, the mechanisms driving cholesterol impacts on uric acid transporters have been unknown. Here, we show that cholesterol metabolite 27-hydroxycholesterol (27HC) upregulates the uric acid reabsorption transporter URAT1 encoded by SLC22A12 via estrogen receptors (ER). Transcriptional motif analysis showed that the SLC22A12 gene promoter has more estrogen response elements (EREs) than other uric acid reabsorption transporters such as SLC22A11 and SLC22A13, and 27HC-activated SLC22A12 gene promoter via ER through EREs. Furthermore, 27HC increased SLC22A12 gene expression in human kidney organoids. Our results suggest that in hypercholesterolemic conditions, elevated levels of 27HC derived from cholesterol induce URAT1/SLC22A12 expression to increase uric acid reabsorption, and thereby, could increase serum uric acid levels.博士(医学)・甲第772号・令和3年3月15日© 2020 The Authors.     The supramolecular features in the title compound, [2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octakis(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)phthalocyaninato]zinc(II) bis[(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinato)zinc(II)] chloroform tetrasolvate, [Zn(C96H80N8O8)][Zn(C44H28N4)]2·4CHCl3 or [Zn(Pc)][Zn(TPP)]2·4CHCl3, result from a self-assembly of one molecule of [2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octakis(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)phthalocyaninato]zinc(II) (ZnPc) and two molecules of (5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinato)zinc(II) (ZnTPP). One half ZnPc, one ZnTPP and two chloroform molecules define the asymmetric unit, with the zinc(II) cation of ZnPc situated on an inversion centre. In the supramolecule, the central ZnPc moiety is sandwiched between two ZnTPPs moieties in a co-facial conformation with a π-conjugated system, leading to a nearly H-type aggregate with a distance of 3.4967 (5) Å between adjacent zinc sites. The ZnTPP units are slightly glided away to form a partial ecliptic arrangement. Each phenyl group of the TPP ligand is anchored above the N atom of the isoindole linker of the Pc ligand through weak C—H...N hydrogen bonds and is held into the crevice between the two dimethylphenoxy groups of phthalocyanine via van der Waals interactions. In the crystal, chloroform solvent molecules are situated between the supramolecules. There is another solvent-accessible void of 341 (2) Å3. The contribution of disordered solvent molecules situated in this void was removed from the diffraction data using SQUEEZE in PLATON [Spek (2015). Acta Cryst. C71, 9–18]. The given chemical formula and other crystal data do not consider this unknown solvent molecule(s)
