    The goal of this experiment is to know the contribution of motivation, and perception, to consumer purchase\u27s decision of car Hino in CV Thamrin Bersaudara,Palembang. Sample are chosen using purposive sampling. And data is analysed by multiple regression. The result of this research is known that that showed that motivation, perception, and consumer\u27s attitude influence Hino purchasing with positively and significantly through purchasing decision. The benefit oh this research is used as a source of information for increasing sales of Hino in CV Thamrin,Palembang
