Training of vocational education teachers in Australia and Kazakhstan

Meeting the demands of the state and society for fast and high-quality training of competitive workers and mid-level specialists largely depends on the quality of the teaching staff of vocational education organizations, which the system of vocational pedagogical education is designed to provide. This explains why the researchers and educational practitioners are interested in updating the system taking into account foreign experience. The purpose of this work is to study the system of training vocational education teachers in countries with similar and significantly different models of vocational pedagogical education. The results of the study characterize the models and the approximate content of vocational teacher training in Australia and the Republic of Kazakhstan, define the place of higher vocational and pedagogical education in the general education system of these countries.Удовлетворение запросов государства и общества на быструю и качественную подготовку конкурентоспособных рабочих и специалистов среднего звена во многом зависит от качества педагогического состава образовательных организаций, обеспечить которое призвана система профессионально-педагогического образования. Это объясняет интерес исследователей и практиков образования к модернизации данной системы с учетом зарубежного опыта. Цель настоящей работы – изучить систему подготовки педагогов профессионального обучения в странах с похожими и существенно отличающимися от российской моделями профессионально-педагогического образования. В результатах исследования описаны модели и примерное содержание подготовки педагогов профессионального обучения в Австралии и Республике Казахстан, указано место высшего профессионально-педагогического образования, занимаемое в общей системе образования этих стран
