Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan danmotivasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai dinas Pertanian, Peternakan danPerikanan Kabupaten Siak.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas Pertanian,Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukandengan cara menjadikan keseluruhan populasi menjadi responden yakni 58orang. Sumber data dari data primer dan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan datadalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisisyang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linearberganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 19.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai dinas Pertanian,Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak. Motivasi berpengaruh positifsignifikan dan merupakan variabel lebih dominan terhadap semangat kerjapegawai dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak. Ujisimultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi memilikipengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian,Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Siak yang digambarkan dari nilai R squaresebesar 0,592. Variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi hanya dapatmenjelaskan variabel semangat kerja sebesar 59,2 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar40,8 % diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan semangat kerja

Pengaruh Faktor Disiplin Kerja dan Pengawasan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (pada PT. Perkebunan Xyz Pabrik Kelapa Sawit ABC Desa Balai Jaya Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir Riau)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh disiplin kerjadan pengawasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT. Perkebunan XYZPabrik Kelapa Sawit ABC. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawanpabrik yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengolahan kelapa sawit denganjumlah 116 orang. Sebelum pengumpulan data dilakukan uji validasi danreliabilitas kuisioner terhadap responden, setelah itu kemudian dilakukan analisadata secara deskriptif kuantitatif.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebagaiberikut: (1) secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja dan pengawasan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja. (2) secara parsial yang palingdominan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah pengawasan kerja.Kata kunci : Disiplin, Pengawasan, Produktivita

Pengaruh Lingkungan Keja dan Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Priatama Riau Kebun Pulau Rupat

This study was conducted at PT . Priatama Riau Gardens Rupat with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) , the job satisfaction of employees at PT . Riau Priatama Rupat Gardens . Population is staying employees to 116 people. Sampling was conducted using census or sample saturated 54 people made as a sample of respondents , the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative methods , data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial ( multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0 ) . From the results of simultaneous testing (Test F), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction variables . Partial regression test (t test ) showed that the variables lingkungankerja (X1)and employee safety & health ( X2) is more significant effect on job satisfaction of employees(Y) at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable of this means that the variable work environment and occupational health & safety of employees (k3), jointly influencing employee satisfaction with variable percentage of. While , affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Analisis Persediaan Bahan Baku Mie Sagu di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, Provinsi Riau

This study was performed on 21 UMKM noodles sago in District High Cliff Meranti Islands District Riau Province. This study aims to determine the factors that lead to non-fulfillment of the realization of the raw materials sago noodles and raw material inventory systems Analyzing sago noodles in terms of the economic order quantity and safety stock. In this study the types and sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is directly gather from respondents that related to the research object in 21 UMKM. Secondary data were obtained from government agencies that Disperindag and Forestry and Plantation Meranti Islands District. Data analysis method used is descriptive method of analysis using the EOQ (economic order quantity) and safety stock (safety stock). The results of this study indicate that the factors that lead to unfulfilled realization sago noodle raw material is a source of raw materials and raw material prices. Application of the method of EOQ (economic order quantity) is not appropriate when applied to 21 UMKM noodles sago. menggigat several things: (1) raw material price of corn starch is not always constant. (2) The cost of ordering and storage costs that exist in UMKM. (3) The raw material of corn starch is not always available when UMKM need. In comparison with using the application of safety stock method (safety stock) more efficient, which is useful as a supplemental supply to protect the production process in the event of a shortage of raw materials due to the delay or uncertainty of the arrival of raw materials

Analysis the Influence of Retailing Mix Towards Consumer Purchase Decision at Kinibalu Swalayan in Pekanbaru

The research was conducted at Kinibalu Swalayan No. 3 in Pekanbarucity of Riau Province. The research objectives was to determine the variables retailing mix (product, price, location, promotion, service, and physical environment) influence simultaneously and partially. And to determine which variables are the most dominant influence towards purchase decision at Kinibalu Swalayan in Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research carried out by using a sample of 115 respondent, with accidental sampling method. Methods of data analysis using simultaneously and partially test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 17). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the variables of retailing mix (product, price, location, promotion, service and physical environment), proved to have a significant influence towards consumer purchase decisions at Kinibalu Swalayan in Pekanbaru. Recommendations that authors propose is Kinibalu Swalayan should be able to improve services to consumers. By providing services to customers in any way concerned service at the time of the transaction, simplifying payments. Avoid long queues which will reduce customer satisfaction will make a visit to the Kinibalu Swalayan in pekanbaru
