Évaluation de l’efficacité à long terme d’un programme de réinsertion sociale

    Get PDF
This study evaluates the impact of a rehabilitation program developed by a specific unit (304) of Louis H. Lafontaine Hospital to prepare severely disabled long-term psychiatric inpatients for discharge. Patients who participated in the program were evaluated three years after their discharge and compared to control patients paired to them by age, sex and years of hospitalization and discharged from other units of the hospital. The results suggest that the rehabilitation program, if coupled with an adequately staffed residential environment giving patients continuous care, offers a better outcome, at least in the case of the severely disabled long-term psychiatric inpatients

Measurement of J/Ψ Production in pp Collisions at √s=7 TeV

The production of J/psi mesons in proton-proton collisions at sqrt(s)=7 TeV is studied with the LHCb detector at the LHC. The differential cross-section for prompt J/psi production is measured as a function of the J/psi transverse momentum pT and rapidity y in the fiducial region 0

The production of J/\psi pairs in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV has been observed using an integrated luminosity of 37.5 pb^{-1} collected with the LHCb detector. The production cross-section for pairs with both \jpsi in the rapidity range

    Search for the Decay D^+_{s}\toωe^+ν

We present the first search for the decay D^+_{s}\to \omega e^{+}\nu to test the four-quark content of the D^+_{s} and the \omega-\phi mixing model for this decay. We use 586 \mathrm{pb}^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 4170 MeV. We find no evidence of a signal, and set an upper limit on the branching fraction of \mathcal{B}(D^+_{s}\to\omega e^+\nu

First Observation of Bs -\u3e J/psi f0(980) Decays

Using data collected with the LHCb detector in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, the hadronic decay Bs -\u3e J/psi f0(980) is observed. This CP eigenstate mode could be used to measure mixing-induced CP violation in the B_s system. Using a fit to the pi+ pi- mass spectrum with interfering resonances gives R_{f0/phi} = [Gamma(Bs -\u3e J/psi f0, f0 -\u3e pi+ pi-)]/[Gamma(Bs -\u3e J/psi phi, phi -\u3e K+K-)] = 0.252^{+0.046+0.027}_{-0.032-0.033}, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively

    Measurements of the Branching Fractions for B_(s) -\u3e D_(s)πππ and Λ_b^0 -\u3e Λ_c^+πππ

    Branching fractions of the decays H_b\to H_c\pi^-\pi^+\pi^- relative to H_b\to H_c\pi^- are presented, where H_b (H_c) represents B^0-bar(D^+), B^- (D^0), B_s^0-bar (D_s^+) and \Lambda_b^0 (\Lambda_c^+). The measurements are performed with the LHCb detector using 35{\rm pb^{-1}} of data collected at \sqrt{s}=7 TeV. The ratios of branching fractions are measured to be B(B^0-bar -\u3e D^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-)/ B(B^0-bar -\u3e D^+\pi^-) = 2.38\pm0.11\pm0.21 B(B^- -\u3e D^0\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-) / B(B^- -\u3e D^0\pi^-) = 1.27\pm0.06\pm0.11 B(B_s^0-bar -\u3e D_s^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-) / B(B_s^0-bar -\u3e D_s^+\pi^-) = 2.01\pm0.37\pm0.20 B(\Lambda_b^0-\u3e\Lambda_c^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-) / B(\Lambda_b^0 -\u3e \Lambda_c^+\pi^-) = 1.43\pm0.16\pm0.13. We also report measurements of partial decay rates of these decays to excited charm hadrons. These results are of comparable or higher precision than existing measurements

    Branching Fractions for chi_cJ -\u3e p p-bar pi^0, p p-bar eta, and p p-bar omega

Using a sample of 25.9 million psi(2S) decays acquired with the CLEO-c detector at the CESR e^+e^- collider, we report branching fractions for the decays chi_cJ -\u3e p p-bar pi^0, p p-bar eta, and p p-bar omega, with J=0,1,2. Our results for B(chi_cJ-\u3e p p-bar pi^0) and B(chi_cJ-\u3e p p-bar eta) are consistent with, but more precise than, previous measurements. Furthermore, we include the first measurement of B(chi_cJ-\u3e p p-bar omega)
