This research was conducted in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors thatinfluence the production of rubber, how the condition of scale and efficient use of capital and labor in the rubber plant in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan. In this study, the population is around the rubber farmers in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan in 2013, as many as 221 families. The sampling technique used is random sampling, ie random sampling technique. Where the number of samples taken 69 samples of the population. Methods of data analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative, where all the values of the variables obtained in the natural logarithm transformed and continued to analyze the data and simultaneous partial. Simultaneous testing (F test) showed that capital and labor jointly significantly affect the production of rubber trees in the Village of Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan. With the calculated F value of 19,508 and the value of F table at 3.980. Based on calculations known value of 0.512 or 51.20% R2 sebesar factors affecting the production of rubber plants are capital and labor. Analisis Pendapatan Petani Karet yang Menggunakan Bibit Unggul dan Bibit Tradisional di Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

This research was conducted in the District of Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu. This is because the District of Batang Cenaku an area that makes rubber commodity as one commodity and in meeting their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine how the income of farmers in the district rubber rod upstream and Indragiri district Cenaku To know that used descriptive analysis, the data obtained are tabulated and then described by existing theories.The survey results revealed that the rubber plantation is vital to the income of the people in the District of Batang Cenaku Thus it can be seen that the average income of farmers quality seeds rubber plant samples with an area of 1 hectare of Rp. 8,241,724, - per year, while the average income of farmers\u27 traditional seed samples rubber plant with an area of 2 hectares of Rp. 8,463,739, - per year. A comparison of income between farmers using traditional quality seeds and that happened 2 times where income 1 hectare equals income prefetch queue seeds 2 acres of farmers using traditional seeds.Businesses manage rubber plantation is a tradition for the people of District of Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu. Many efforts have been done by the government in the development of rubber plantations, such as by providing quality seeds and adequate capital for rubber farmers

The Online Sales Application of Black and White Print Based on Yii Framework on Higher Education E-Commerce Website

   Raharja Internet Cafe as a facility in Raharja College which is provided for Personal Raharja in helping provide the need for lecture activities. Raharja Internet Cafe has a problem that the system of selling black and white print products that apply consumers must come directly to the RIC room at LV-002 at Raharja College, but Raharja Internet Cafe cannot accommodate many consumers because of the limited area. These problems are the background for the establishment of an electronic sales system (e-commerce) based on Yii framework with the aim of facilitating the sale of black and white print products for consumers and staff of Raharja Internet Cafe. E-commerce website at Raharja Internet Cafe is a web-based application with a structured programming concept. The e-commerce application development Shop Copy Nicky uses 4 (four) stages according to the steps that exist in software development, including the stages of observation, analysis, literature study consisting of 10 (ten) literature and implementation. Deteksi Protein Circum Sporozoite Pada Spesies Nyamuk Anopheles Vagus Tersangka Vektor Malaria Di Kecamatan Kokap, Kabupaten Kulon Progo Dengan Uji Enzyme-linked Immunosorbentass a Y (Elisa)

Anopheles species as malaria vector, as if tested in the salivary gland containing sporozoites existence which could be checked in the mosquito salivary gland and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). This study aimed to investigate the circum sporozoite protein in the mosquito of Anopheles vagus with Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The study was conducted in malaria endemic area namely Hargorejo, Kalirejo, Hargowilis, and Hargotirto villages, Kokap subdistrict, Kulon Progo Regency in June-October 2005. The study design was cross-sectional study. ELISA performed on the An.vagus which is in ovaries shown parous. An.vagus parous body parts for the ELISA are the head-thorax, where it is possible to contain the sporozoites of Plasmodium falciparum or Plasmodium vivax. The results of ELISA to An.vagus in four research areas, showed that 41 samples of An.vagus mosquitoes in Hargorejo village, three positive (7,32%) circum sporozoites protein of Plasmodium falciparum, five samples of An.vagus mosquito in Kalirejo village, there is one positive (20%) circum sporozoites protein of P.falciparum. 16 samples of An.vagus mosquito in Hargowilis village, found one positive (6,25%) circum sporozoite protein of P.falciparum, one sample of An.vagus mosquito in Hargotirto village was not found circum sporozoite protein of P.falciparum (0%) and circum sporozoite protein ofP.vivax (0%). The number of samples from four villages are 63 samples of mosquitoes, found five positive circum sporozoites protein of P.falciparum (7,94%) and not found circum sporozoite protein ofP.vivax (0%). The results of ELISA showed more specimens found positive in mosquitoes containing circum sporozoite protein of P.falciparum in the animal cage, not in human, there were because of choice possibility is not selective. At a wavelength of405 nm in the ELISA results were absorbent for An.vagus mosquitoes tested positive, ranging from 0,257 to 0,632. Value of absorbent positive control was 0,449 and negative control absorbent value were 0,208; 0,228; 0,202; 0,204; 0,207; 0,223; 0,206.
