AbstractThe research purposes to look for a relationship between profitability (X1), liquidity (X2), free cash flow (X3) on dividend policy (Y). The type of research used is explanative quantitative research. plays a role in explaining the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The data obtained through a quantitative approach, in testing using numbers with statistical techniques. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of companies that pay dividends consecutively in the 2016-2019 period, the chemical sub-sector companies and the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX and have complete data regarding the required calculation indicators, financial reports expressed in rupiah currency, in order to obtain 10 companies. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. From data management, it is found that profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. liquidity and free cash flow have a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Free Cash Flow, Kebijakan Dividen

Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Leverage, Dan Arus Kas Terhadap Financial Distress (Studi Pada Perusahaan Property And Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2020)

Abstract This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variables Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Cash Flow on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study is 65 Property and Real Estate companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 28 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The data analyzed using multiple linear regression. In this study, using the SPSS 25 software. Methods in data analysis using the normal test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that Liquidity Ratio had a positive and significant on Financial Distress. Leverage Ratio have a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Manajerial, Leverage, Return On Asset Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2016-2018)

ABSTRACTThis objectives of this research are: 1) To understand and analyze the influence of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) towards the dividend policy in the manufacturing of the consumption goods sector. 2) To understand and analyze the influence of the Leverage (DER) towards dividend policy in the manufacturing of the consumption goods sector. 3) To understand and analyze the influence of the Return On Asset (ROA) towards dividend policy in the manufacturing of the consumption goods sector. The method used on this research is explanation. The data used are secondary data, obtained by documentation technique, which obtained by finding and collecting annual report data gained from websites. The object of this research are consumption goods manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018 periode, in the total 29 companies. The sampling selection used purposive sampling techniques, that in the end we got 15 companies.To solve the problem in this study, using the normality test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a significant positive effect on Leverage, Return On Assets on dividend policy in the Manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sector while Good Corporate Governance has a significant negative effect on dividend policies in the goods and consumption sectors listed on the IDX.Key words: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Return On Asset, Dividend Policy

Analisis Net Profit Margin (NPM) Dan Current Ratio (CR) Terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur yang Terdaftar di BEI pada Tahun 2015-2019)

AbstractThe purpose of this study to determine how the impact of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of infrastructure companies registered on the IDX  in 2015-2019. The independent variable is the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the Current Ratio (CR), while the dependent variable in this study is the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The population in this study were 52 companies in the infrastructure sector registered on the IDX in 2015-2019 and the research sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The documentation method is used as a method of collecting company annual report data which is downloaded from the IDX website and companies. Multiple linear regression is the analytical techniques used in this study. From the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive but insignificant impact to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR. Faktor Determinan Struktur Modal Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Listing Di Bei (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumsi Di Bei Periode 2016-2018)

AbstracThis research was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of Profitability (NPM), Asset Structure and company growth on the company's capital structure. The population used in this study is manufacturing goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the study criteria consisted of 23 companies during the 3-year study period. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation of the financial statements of the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test.The results of the study explained that the profitability variable by using Net Profit Margin (NPM) had no effect on the company's capital structure and the asset structure had no effect on the company's capital structure and the company's growth had no effect on the company's capital structure.Keywords : profitability, asset structure and company growt

Pengaruh Economic Value Added (Eva), Return On Asset (Roa), Return On Equity (Roe), Dan Net Profit Margin (Npm) Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Food And Beverage Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2016-2019

ABSTRACT“This study aims to reveal the impact of Economic Value Added (EVA) Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM)  popupation in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the IDX at 2016-2019 period. While the sampling technique uses puposive sampling. From population, 11 companies were sampled. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that EVA and ROA have a positive and significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, ROE and NPM have no effect on stock prices. This research uses the method Purposive Sampling for sampling. Population in research this is all food and beverages on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. From Overall 15 companies as a population obtained 11 companies as samples. Based on the findings of the date analysis, it was concluded that EVA, and ROA positive effect on stock prices. Pengaruh Promosi, Pengetahuan Investasi Dan Motivasi Investasi Terhadap Minat Investasi (Studi Kasus Nasabah Atg 5.0 )

Abstract This research was conducted on ATG 5.0 customers in Batulicin Regency which is a customer community in Batulicin city who has purchased ATG 5.0 products which is an investment product engaged in forex and gold that uses software that can help and suggest the right time to invest. trading based on pre-programmed instructions. The purpose of this research is to find out whether promotion, investment knowledge and investment motivation have an effect on investment interest. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study was 52 respondents and data processing using SPSS computer program. The variable used in this study is Investment Interest (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Promotion, Investment Knowledge and Investment Motivation. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that the variables of Promotion, Investment Knowledge and Investment Motivation have an effect on Investment Interest. Pengaruh Visibility, Credibility, Attraction dan Power Celebrity Endorse terhadap Brand Image (Studi pada Mahasiswa FEB UNISMA Angkatan 2016-2018 pengguna Shopee)

ABSTRACT The goal of the study is to determine the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity endorse on brand image on the Shopee, buying and selling site. The population in this study was the 2016-2018 FEB Students of the University of Islam Malang who used the Shopee, buying and selling site. The number of sample is 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power celebrity endorse partially affect brand image. AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of non-performing loans (NPL), liquidity, profitability, operational efficiency and sensitivity to the capital adequacy ratio of banking case studies in banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 44 banking companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data sample obtained were 28 banking companies. This research data collection method using the data documentation method listed in the annual report on IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression. The results showed that partially non performing loans (NPL) and liquidity had a negative and insignificant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and This study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and student burnout on students at the Islamic University of Malang. The location of this research was conducted on students of the Islamic University of Malang. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 99 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that social support partially has a negative but significant effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang. The results of the t test show that self-esteem, self-efficacy partially have a significant positive effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang students. The results of the determination test showed that the percentage was 33.8%, in which student burnout was able to be influenced by social support, self-esteem, and self-efficacy. Keywords: Student Burnout, Social Support, Self-esteem, Self-efficac
