The Impact of Priority Development of Public Consciousness on the Sociocultural Establishing of Modern Society

The purpose, main areas, and ideas of the research study are to demonstrate that the priority development of public consciousness plays a pivotal role in the changes of modern society. The scientific importance of the paper is that it will allow developing existence-related fundamentals of public consciousness modernization.
