The physiological measurements included the clearance rate (CR; OW:organic weight), ingestion rate (IR), absorption efficiency (AE) and absorption rate (AR), respiration rate (VO<sub>2</sub>), ammonia excretion rate (VNH<sub>4</sub>-N) and Scope for Growth (SFG).
