The Roles of Agricultual Cooperatives in Linking Small Farmers to Set up Large Paddy Fields in Mekong Delta
Agricultural cooperatives play a significant role in linking small farmers to set up large paddy fields in the Mekong Delta. Agricultural cooperatives’ association for establishment of big paddy fields allows firms to purchase secured raw materials in mass quantities, ensuring quality while reducing related costs. Farmers are able to cut down the cost of production, sell products more effectively by gaining economy of scale and have higher position and influence over the businesses. In order to enhance the role of agricultural cooperatives in linking small farmers to establish large paddy fields in the Mekong Delta, it is necessary to synchronously implement the following solutions such as (i) improving mechanisms and policies for agricultural cooperatives to promote their role in farmer linkage to set up large paddy fields; (ii) strengthening the capacity of agricultural cooperatives management staff; iii) strengthening the role of agricultural cooperatives’ representing member farmer households in carrying out the association with firms in setting up big paddy fields. CinPatent: Datasets for Patent Classification
Patent classification is the task that assigns each input patent into several
codes (classes). Due to its high demand, several datasets and methods have been
introduced. However, the lack of both systematic performance comparison of
baselines and access to some datasets creates a gap for the task. To fill the
gap, we introduce two new datasets in English and Japanese collected by using
CPC codes. The English dataset includes 45,131 patent documents with 425 labels
and the Japanese dataset contains 54,657 documents with 523 labels. To
facilitate the next studies, we compare the performance of strong multi-label
text classification methods on the two datasets. Experimental results show that
AttentionXML is consistently better than other strong baselines. The ablation
study is also conducted in two aspects: the contribution of different parts
(title, abstract, description, and claims) of a patent and the behavior of
baselines in terms of performance with different training data segmentation. We

Optimization of Superplastic Forming Process of AA7075 Alloy for the Best Wall Thickness Distribution
This work aims to optimize the process parameters for improving the wall thickness distribution of the sheet superplastic forming process of AA7075 alloy. The considered factors include forming pressure p (MPa), deformation temperature T (°C), and forming time t (minutes), while the responses are the thinning degree of the wall thickness ε (%) and the relative height of the product h*. First, a series of experiments are conducted in conjunction with response surface method (RSM) to render the relationship between inputs and outputs. Subsequently, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) is conducted to verify the response significance and parameter effects. Finally, a numerical optimization algorithm is used to determine the best forming conditions. The results indicate that the thinning degree of 13.121% is achieved at the forming pressure of 0.7 MPa, the deformation temperature of 500°C, and the forming time of 31 minutes

The software Deform 2D is used to examineeffect of die design parameters (inclination of die) on deformation possibility of metal. ĐẶC TRƯNG QUANG PHỔ CỦA VẬT LIỆU Ca2Al2SiO7 ĐỒNG PHA TẠP Ce3+ VÀ Sm3+
Luminescent materials Ca2Al2SiO7 co-doped with Ce3+ and Sm3+ were prepared with the solid-state reaction method. The XRD diffraction patterns show that the samples have a single tetragonal phase structure. The luminescent spectra of Ca2Al2SiO7: Ce3+,Sm3+ phosphor have a broad band with a peak at 420 nm, characterizing the transition of the electronic configuration of Ce3+ ion and narrow lines peaked at about 563, 602, 645, and 712 nm, representing the transition of the Sm3+ ion. The energy transfer from Ce3+ to Sm3+ was presented and discussed.Vật liệu phát quang Ca2Al2SiO7 đồng pha tạp Ce3+ và Sm3+ được chế tạo bằng phương pháp phản ứng pha rắn. Giản đồ nhiễu xạ tia X cho thấy vật liệu có cấu trúc pha tứ giác. Phổ bức xạ của vật liệu Ca2Al2SiO7:Ce3+,Sm3+ gồm một dải rộng có cực đại bức xạ ở bước sóng 420 nm, đặc trưng cho chuyển dời của ion Ce3+ và các vạch hẹp ở bước sóng 563, 602, 645 và 712 nm đặc trưng cho chuyển dời của ion Sm3+. Hiện tượng truyền năng lượng từ ion Ce3+ sang ion Sm3+ cũng được trình bày và thảo luận
A Tourists' Travel Intention in the Context of Covid-19 in Viet Nam
The novel coronavirus pneumonia has seriously affected the development of tourism in Vietnam and even the whole world. Combining the current of VietNam's mitigation and the gradual recovery of tourism, this paper puts the research perspective on tourists' travel intention, and constructs a new theoretical structure by using TPB and TRA theory, This study presents the findings of a research which examined the relationship Subject norms and perceived behavioral control have a significant impact on Attitude and tourists' desire to travel; the Attitude and desire to travel has a significant positive impact on tourists' travel intention, a little empirical study investigates these relationships together. This article investigates these relationships using SEM with data 437 tourists in the Vietnam. Findings of the study revealed that Attitude mediates the relationship between Subject norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Travel intention. Desire to travel mediates the relationship between Subject Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control and Travel intention. Based on the study findings, implications for theory and practice are discussed. Dynamic response analysis of truss bridges under the effect of moving vehicles
With the characteristics of heavy and concentrated loads, the influence of moving loads on the dynamic response of the bridges is significant. Therefore, in this paper, the dynamic response of a large-scale truss bridge is studied to consider the effect of the various parameters of moving loads. The considered main parameters consist of moving mass, moving velocity, and type of moving loads. The nonlinear dynamics of the bridge based on time history analysis are obtained using the Wilson- method. four time history – based dynamic analysis method including modal superposition in frequency domain, modal superposition in time domain; direct time integration, and direct solution in the frequency domain are employed to analysis the obtained results. To compare the effectiveness of the aforementioned method. A large-scale railway truss bridge is employed for dynamic response analysis. The obtained results give more insight into the nature of the problem and help to determine the significant parameters of moving load affecting the bridge response
MỘT SỐ NHẬN ĐỊNH BAN ĐẦU VỀ HIỆN TƯỢNG SÓNG NỘI XẢY RA Ở VÙNG BIỂN MIỀN TRUNG VIỆT NAM
Internal waves often occur in the East Vietnam Sea and have been determined mainly based on RADAR images. By means of dataset of VNREDSAT-1 satellite images and other imagery sources, for the first time, internal waves in the East Vietnam Sea have been identified by multispectral images; Also the formation mechanism of internal wave in the nearshore waters of Central Vietnam has been found. The analytical results show that the phenomenon of internal wave occurs in the nearshore waters of Central Vietnam mainly in the Southwest monsoon season (from June to September every year) and is located along the edge of the continental shelf. Internal waves formed along the waters of Central Vietnam mainly include the signals that have been generated at the shelf by large waves, through the basin from Luzon Strait. The study results have discovered a new applied aspect of VNREDSAT-1 satellite images in oceanographic research in general and detailed studies on internal waves in particular.Sóng nội thường xuyên xuất hiện ở Biển Đông và đã được các học giả nước ngoài xác định chủ yếu dựa trên tư liệu ảnh RADAR. Bằng sử dụng nguồn ảnh viễn thám đa phổ, đa nguồn, đa thời gian bao gồm cả các ảnh viễn thám đa phổ VNREDSAT-1 (do Việt Nam bay chụp) thu thập trong thời gian gần đây, lần đầu tiên đã nhận dạng hiện tượng sóng nội ở Biển Đông bằng tư liệu ảnh đa phổ cũng như phát hiện ra quy luật hình thành sóng nội ở vùng biển miền Trung Việt Nam. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy, hiện tượng sóng nội xuất hiện ở vùng biển miền Trung Việt Nam, chủ yếu xuất hiện vào mùa gió Tây Nam (từ tháng 6 đến tháng 9 hàng năm) và nằm ở ven rìa của thềm lục địa. Sóng nội hình thành dọc theo vùng biển miền Trung Việt Nam chủ yếu là các tín hiệu được sinh ra tại vùng thềm bởi các sóng lớn, xuyên qua lưu vực từ eo biển Luzon. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã phát hiện ra một khía cạnh ứng dụng khác của ảnh viễn thám VNREDSAT-1 trong lĩnh vực hải dương học nói chung và nghiên cứu chi tiết sóng nội nói riêng
