    Развој и имплементацијa управљачког система отворене архитектуре на вишеосном обрадном центру за обраду дрвета

    Техничко решење припада области управљачких система нумерички управљаних машина алатки имплементираних на бази софтверских алата и хардвера отворене архитектуре, применом метода виртуелног пројектовања (virtual commissioning). Верификован је нов приступ развоју управљања машина алатки са сложеном кинематичком структуром и редундантним осама, применом парадигме дигиталног двојника (Digital Twin). Показана је могућност грешком вођеног развоја система управљања (error driven development), без импликација на реалну машину алатку. Основну суштину предметног техничког решења представља развој и имплементација управљачког система на бази софтвера и хардвера отворене архитектуре у циљу ревитализације вишеосног обрадног центра Bacci MX6 за обраду дрвета. Развојем је верификована метода виртуелног пројектовања, која је омогућила развој вођен грешком без негативних импликација на реалну машину уз повећање ефикасности и продуктивности развојног тима

    Gull-billed Tern Sterna nilotica represent irregular passage bird of Serbia. During the 2010 this species was recorded 3 times – on 29th April, 17th July and 4th August respectively. In all occasion one adult bird was observed feeding or resting during shorter or longer period of times. On all localites Gull-billed Tern was not recorded in the past. These sites are waster water lakes of sugar plant „Kovačica“, waste ponds between the town Pančevo and village Starčevo and Special nature reserve „Zasavica“

Kao sistem upravljanja izabarano je upravljanje otvorene arhitektrue na LinuxCNC računarskoj platformi. Uspostavljen je sistem za programiranje i verifikaciju programa. Konfigurisane su ekvivalentne virtuelne mašine u sistemu za programiranje i upravljanje. Revitalizovana mašina je uspešno testirana i verifikovan je njen rad

    Calculation of Liquidus Temperature for Aluminum and Magnesium Alloys Applying Method of Equivalency

    The purpose of this paper is to develop a mathematical equation, which will be able to accurately predict the liquidus temperature of various aluminum and magnesium cast alloys on the basis of their known chemical compositions. An accurate knowledge of liquidus temperature permits a researcher to predict a variety of physical parameters pertaining to a given alloy. The analytical expressions presented in this paper are based on the “method of equivalency.” According to this concept, the influence of any alloying element on the liquidus temperature of an aluminum and/or magnesium alloy can be translated into the equivalent influence of a reference element. Silicon as a reference element has been chosen for aluminum alloys and aluminum for magnesium alloys. The sum of the equivalent concentrations for other elements, when added to the influence of the actual reference element is used to calculate the liquidus temperature of the alloy. The calculated liquidus temperatures for wide ranges of alloy chemical compositions show a good correlation with corresponding measured liquidus temperatures

    Programming methodology for multi-axis CNC woodworking machining center for advanced manufacturing based on STEP-NC

    The paper proposes a programming methodology for advanced manufacturing based on STEP-NC, a compliant to multi-axis CNC woodworking machining center. The equivalent virtual machine in the CAD/CAM, STEP-NC environment, is developed as a part of a programming system for considered CNC woodworking machining center. STEP-NC aims to provide a digital thread for CNC manufacturing running in the STEP-NC System world via the Internet that can enable advanced e-Manufacturing. Virtual machine as a digital twin is configured and implemented into the control system based on LinuxCNC, but configured virtual machine as a Web interface based on STEP-NC, also. The developed methodology is validated through machining simulation using the configured digital twin in the control system and machining experiments on the real machine

    Concentration and temperature stability of some structural and magnetic phases in the Hf-Fe system

    X-ray fluorescence and DTA-specific heat measurements were performed on several samples of the Hf-Fe phase system, at 50:50%, and 33:67% concentrations. In the first concentration range the possibility of an ordered compound formation has still been unresolved. In the second, a strong dependence of structure and magnetic properties on various external parameters has been found. The presented investigations provide some additional data about the concentration and temperature dependence of structural and magnetic stability in these two particularly interesting domains of concentration of the system.4th Yugoslav-Materials-Research-Society Conference, Sep 10-14, 2001, Herceg Novi, Yugoslavi
