В статье представлены цитогенетические исследования пациенток разных возрастных групп с предварительным клиническим диагнозом«синдром Тернера». Проведенный анализ демонстрирует вариабельность в фенотипе синдрома Тернера. Таким образом, несмотря на то, что классическая картина достаточно очевидна, у части пациентов не бывает полного классического фенотипа. = The cytogenetic researches of patients of different age groups with the preliminary clinical diagnosis Turner's syndrome are presented in the artical. Concept for the formation of technical service of agricultural machinery in Western Siberia

The service concept for agricultural machinery can only be viable if priority is given to the use of machines in agricultural work. The main contradiction in the maintenance and machine usage system is the overlapping timing: the higher the operating time, the more maintenance work needs to be done. The specifics of determining maintenance load are that current issues and trends in machine maintenance need to be taken into account. They consist in the fact that the technical and financial basis for the formation of an effective specialised service system is now virtually non-existent on the one hand, and the virtual absence of a service consumer because of the insufficient profitability of agricultural enterprises on the other. For the time being, therefore, machinery will have to be repaired and maintained mainly by the farms themselves by replacing worn units and parts with new or second-hand ones in the workshops of the farms. How to make this work more effectively? In the research, the use of agricultural machinery has been considered. Increasing productivity of machine-tractor units depending on the influence of the load of the machine operator with maintenance work in the agricultural enterprises of the Omsk region

Increased productivity of machine-tractor units in the conditions of agricultural production is one of the most important and urgent tasks of the engineering and technical service of the agricultural sector. The greatest impact on machine reliability and performance indicators has a timely and good-quality maintenance. Fault tolerance is crucial to ensuring high machine productivity. The amount of maintenance work increases in proportion to the number of hours worked. Inadequate technical maintenance, leading to increased failure rates, reduced productivity and machine operating hours, and higher operating costs. Machine failures and downtime lead to disruptions in agricultural production technology, which leads to delays and loss of crops. This is a main contradiction that is inherent in the actual system of maintenance and use of machines, in the overlapping timing of their performance. Addressing the problem of increasing tractor uptime in the current environment is of particular importance and relevance. This can be achieved by reducing maintenance downtime by intensifying maintenance during the non-stressful period of fieldwork. It is therefore advisable to outsource part of the maintenance and repair work to specialised enterprises, since there, due to their high specialisation and technical equipment, the quality of such work will be higher than on the farm. Tractor uptime can also be improved through greater specialisation and intensification of maintenance operations by shifting them to non-stressful periods of fieldwork. The study proposes and theoretically substantiates the structure of technical service formation in agro-industrial enterprises. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease: prevalence, etiology, pathogenesis, approaches to the dіagnosis and therapy (literature review and own data)

The article presents the modern literature data about the prevalence, etiology, pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus, approaches to the diagnosis and therapy of these patients. The analysis of literature on the risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and cognitive impairment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has been carried out. The role of invasive, minimally invasive and non-invasive methods for assessing the degree of liver fibrosis is shown. The results of own researches, namely determining the features of melatonin excretion in urine and its correlation with the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the presence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, are given. The results of studying the level of adiponectin in these patients and the role of nutrient therapy to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disorders are presented
