Transparansi Kegiatan Monitoring Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Skripsi dengan Sistem AT-MOGI

Skripsi merupakan syarat kelulusan bagi mahasiswa dalam menempuh jenjang pendidikan S-1. Diberbagai kampus skripsi merupakan sesuatu yang ditakuti oleh sebagian besar mahasiswa begitu juga di STMIK Indonesia Padang. Berbagai macam aspek permasalahan yang timbul pada saat penulisan skripsi yang berakibat pada keterlambatan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masa studinya. Apakah kendala yang dihadapi berasal dari mahasiswa atau dari pembimbing skripsi. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem AT-MOGI yang bisa membuat pelaksanaan bimbingan skripsi menjadi transparan, sehingga tidak adanya saling salah menyalahkan antara berbagai pihak. Sistem AT-MOGI  dimana proses konsultasi tidak hanya disimpan saat terjadi bimbingan saja tapi jadwal yang sudah disepakati juga akan disimpan sehingga dapat mengetahui tidak terjadinya konsultasi secara lebih tepat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode web engineering karena metode ini memberikan ide bagi pengembang maupun user tentang cara sistem akan berfungsi. Perkembangan konsultasi yang dilakukan juga bisa dimonitoring langsung oleh pihak akademik apakah terjadi perselihan pendapat antara dosen pembimbing I dan II, sudah sejauh mana proses bimbingan yang dilakukan serta masalah yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa bisa dipantau oleh akademi

Blockchain-based diploma information system development

A diploma is a document of recognition of learning achievement from a level of education obtained after completing the study period after passing the final exam. The importance of the certificates' existence for working purposes has resulted in the proliferation of making and using fake certificates for various purposes such as applying for jobs, fulfilling the requirements to become members of the legislature, etc. The Diploma Information System using blockchain-based distributed computing can be one way to maintain the diploma's authenticity and validity. Penerapan Multimetode Berbasis Matriks Pada Seleksi Penerimaan Calon Asisten Labor

AbstractThe survey was conducted in the Computer Laboratory of Information System of STMIK Indonesia of Padang. The Head of Laboratory determined some criteria in selecting of acceptance of labor assistant candidate. These criteria were the Candidate Application Form (FPC), the Competitive Achievement Index (GPA), the test score, the English test score, and the interview results. The head of the laboratory performed the process of calculating the criteria value by summing the value of each criterion in deciding who was accepted as a labor assistant. Who has the highest number of criteria, then he/she was selected as a laboratory assistant. This allows occurring the less ideal decision because of the basis of decision-making based on calculations not using special calculation method yet to decision making. Therefore, the researcher performed the process of calculating of the criteria value by using a matrix-based calculation method that was Simple Additive Weighting  (SAW) method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.
