    The Relationship Between Talent Management and Organizational Commitment Case Study: Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, Jordan

    This paper aims to study the relationship between talent management and organizational commitment in Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Current statistical includes 51 employees of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Gathering information was performed by a questionnaire of talent management and organizational commitment. Resultant information is analyzed by SPSS software. The result of the study reveals that there was a positive relationship between talent acquisition, talent development and talent retention with organizational commitment. Talent retention variable has had the highest rank between the variables of talent management, so it is suggested to give more attention and opportunities to attract the suitable skills and talents from the beginning then what should be done is improving talents to increase organizational commitment which will lead to reduce employee turnover to sustain achieving high performance and competitive advantage over competitors

    Assessments of Guest Technologies in Five Stars Hotel at Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)

    The purpose of this study is to look at the effects of website management, technology level, and innovation on customer satisfaction in five-star hotels in Aqaba, Jordan. Among the 450 surveys distributed to hotel guests, 235 were filled out completely and returned. To investigate the connections between the variables, an (Smart PLS 4) analysis was used. Website management was shown to have a positive and statistically significant link (T = 2.909, p = 0.004) with customer satisfaction. There was a significant positive link between the hotel technology level and customer happiness (T = 10.160, p 0.001). The research found a statistically significant positive link between innovation and consumer happiness (T = 2.160, p = 0.031). In terms of the moderating effects of innovation, the research discovered that innovation did not substantially modify the link between website management and customer satisfaction (T = 0.636, p = 0.525). The research revealed a substantial moderating effect (T = 2.822, p = 0.005), however innovation was shown to reduce the influence of technology level on consumer satisfaction. In light of these results, it is suggested that the management of five-star hotels in Aqaba place a greater emphasis on better website management techniques and the enhancement of technical services. Furthermore, encouraging innovation should be approached cautiously due to the lack of data on the impact it has on the link between technology and consumer happiness. The findings of this study provide Aqaba hotel managers with useful information for improving guests experiences, which should result in happier visitors who are more likely to return and spread the good news about their stay

    This study aims at pointing out and explaining the major factors that can help in implementing environmental accounting in the hotels of Aqaba Special Economic Zone, the study population is going to be the classified and rated hotels of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, which is 33 hotels in total. This study will basically focus on two tools for gathering the data and information required for achieving the objectives of the study, the financial reports published by the investment department of Aqaba and the questionnaire. The study shows that the hotels in Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority face difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of environmental accounting because of factors related to legislation, level of awareness about environmental accounting, factors related to the hotels and the qualification of human resource

    Lipidomics Profiling of Patients with Low Bone Mineral Density (LBMD)

    The relationship between lipid metabolism and bone mineral density (BMD) is still not fully elucidated. Despite the presence of investigations using osteoporotic animal models, clinical studies in humans are limited. In this work, untargeted lipidomics profiling using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis of human serum samples was performed to identify the lipidomics profile associated with low bone mineral density (LBMD), with a subsequent examination of potential biomarkers related to OP risk prediction or progression. A total of 69 participants were recruited for this cohort study, including the osteoporotic group (OP, n = 25), osteopenia group (ON, n = 22), and control (Ctrl, n = 22). The LBMD group included OP and ON patients. The lipidomics effect of confounding factors such as age, gender, lipid profile, body mass index (BMD), chronic diseases, and medications was excluded from the dataset. The results showed a clear group separation and clustering between LBMD and Ctrl (Q2 = 0.944, R2 = 0.991), indicating a significant difference in the lipids profile. In addition, 322 putatively identified lipid molecules were dysregulated, with 163 up- and 159 down-regulated in LBMD, compared with the Ctrl. The most significantly dysregulated subclasses were phosphatidylcholines (PC) (n = 81, 25.16% of all dysregulated lipids 322), followed by triacylglycerol (TG) (n = 65, 20.19%), and then phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) (n = 40, 12.42%). In addition, groups of glycerophospholipids, including LPC (7.45%), LPE (5.59%), and PI (2.48%) were also dysregulated as of LBMD. These findings provide insights into the lipidomics alteration involved in bone remodeling and LBMD. and may drive the development of therapeutic targets and nutritional strategies for OP management
