SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE ENTERPRISES AS SUPPORT TO DEVELOPMENT OF AGRIBUSINESS OF REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Development of strong and competitive sector of small and medium enterprises has very important role in process of total transition in Republic of Serbia. This sector should be one of the guidelines of economical development in the future, like in developed countries. Within the ²Strategy of development of SME and entrepreneurship in Republic of Serbia from 2003 to 2008² government of the Republic of Serbia, not accidentally, placed, among many other sectors (which are expected to contribute and boost economical development, increase the employment rate, and realize increased foreign export earnings), the sector of agricultural products processing. It can be concluded that significant contribution from agriculture to improvement of overall economic status is expected. Accession to EU should be considered not only as the opportunity, but also as a serious task in agriculture restructuring. However, aggravating circumstance, in regard to export of agricultural and food products, first of all to EU countries, is the fact that this market is under strict protective measures within the policy of agriculture and measures of agrarian protectionism. In such conditions, it is very difficult for producers and food processors to enter such closed markets. Agriculture as the economic sector is an important factor of economic development of Serbia and an important part of economic structure. Serbia has agrarian resources (land, climate and water) that are not used enough, and therefore, represent a significant economic potential for further development. SECOND INSTANCE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSIONS AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS EFFICIENCY IN THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA

The paper aims to evaluate the direct and indirect determinants of the system for administrative legal protection efficiency in the Republic of North Macedonia. For this purpose, the paper analyzes the legal and institutional framework of administrative authorities i.e. the second instance administrative commissions that act on the appeal against the decisions of the first instance administrative bodies, as well as the legal and institutional framework of the Administrative and Higher Administrative Court that provide administrative-judicial protection against administrative acts. The paper assesses internal efficiency determinants for three second instance state commissions that provide legal protection in administrative procedure in the country, independently, as well as the two administrative courts: staff (administrative staff, number of elected members of second instance commissions, number of judges), number of newly formed cases, number of resolved cases and number of unresolved cases at the end of a year

Many organizations are struggling between the fast delivery of new software and quality assurance. Software testing play a key part in the quality assurance of software systems. Formal testing techniques increase software quality and, at the same time, reduce software development cycle time. This article presents a methodology for the identification and definition of black box test cases based on the functional requirements of a software system. The methodology is applied during the initial phases of software development. Mjerenje frekvencijskog odziva slušnog pomagala pomoću složenog audio test signala

This paper describes the implementation of composed audio test signal (CATS) based test system for evaluation of electroacoustic performance of hearing aids. The system applies a frequency-shaped CATS sequence to a hearing aid as an acoustic stimulus and measures the acoustic response of the aid in IEC standard occluded-ear stimulator. The frequency response can then be found by taking the discrete Fourier Transform of the impulse response. This method has several advantages over traditional noise-based methods regard measurements in the absence or presence of the external interference noise.U članku je opisana primjena složenog audio test signala (CATS) pri određivanju elektroakustičkih svojstava slušnih pomagala. Test sustav primjenjuje frekvencijski ugođenu CATS sekvenciju kao akustičku pobudu za mjerenje akustičkog odziva slušnog pomagala u stimulatoru po IEC standardu. Frekvencijski odziv se dobiva iz impulsnog odziva pomoću diskretne Fourierove transformacije. Framework for software architecture visualization assessment.

In order to assess software architecture visualisation strategies, we qualitatively characterize then construct an assessment framework with 7 key areas and 31 features. The framework is used for evaluation and comparison of various strategies from multiple stakeholder perspectives. Six existing software architecture visualisation tools and a seventh research tool were evaluated. All tools exhibited shortcomings when evaluated in the framework
