    Antiphospholipid Syndrome which was defined for the first time in 1985 is more and more frequently diagnosed and better treated. During the 30-year period of observation numerous new questions have appeared regarding the nature of this diseases. In particular: how to diagnose the disease in patients with non-classification criteria; how to prevent thrombosis and pregnancy complications, why does thrombosis appear despite the proper anticoagulation, is it possible to diagnose seronegative antiphospholipid syndrome?
