This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the employees at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province, with a total sample of 32 respondents. At the same time, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The finding denoted that there was an effect of employee competency on the management of static archives at the Office of Archives and Library og Gorontalo Province. The effect of employee competency on the management of static archives was 45.3% while the remaining 54.7% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research

THE USE OF LEARNING MEDIA ON STUDENTS' LEARNING OUTCOMES IN STATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS 1 BULANGO UTARA

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning media on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects at State Junior High Schools 1 Bulango Utara. This study uses a quantitative approach, with survey research methods. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to class VIII students of State Junior High Schools 1 Bulango Utara. The number of sampling in this study amounted to 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of learning media on student learning outcomes for integrated social studies subjects for class VIII State Junior High Schools 1 Bulango Utara. The magnitude of the influence of Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes is 22.7% while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by variables not examined

Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Gorontalo

The study aimed to measure the effect of supervision on work discipline at the Social Agency of Gorontalo Province. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a total of 47 respondents. The main instrument used during the data collection was a questionnaire. The data were than analyzed and tested with a simple regressions using the SPSS 2020. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of supervision an employee work discipline at the Social Agency of Gorontalo Province. The effect of supervision was 67,5 %, while the remaining 32,5% was affected by other variables

Pengaruh Perubahan Musim Terhadap Pendapatan Nelayan

The method used in this study was a quantitative method, with a total sample of 64 people. Besides the data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The analysis results of the coefficient of determinatiom depicted that the adjusted coefficient of determination or the R-Square value was 0.174 or 17.4%. this value indicated that 17.4% of the variability of fishermen’s income could be explained by the seasonal change variable, while the remaining 82.6% was explained by other variables that were not examined in this study. The finding in the previous subsection found that the seasonal changes had a significant positive effect on the fishermen’s income in Leato Selatan Village, Gorontalo City. This result was proven by the t-count value of 6.181, whieh was higher than t-table value of 1.999897 and the significance value was 0.000 or less than 0.05. these signified that seasonal change affected the fishermen’s income in Leato Selatan Villange, Gorontalo City

Inovasi Olahan Jamu Berbahan Rempah Sebagai Upaya Mendorong Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Di Masa Pandemi

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengolahan jamu berbahan baku tanaman rempah pada kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga, sehingga produk olahan jamu ini memiliki nilai ekonomis yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Lelato, Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 45 hari dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat serta 30 orang mahasiswa. Output dari kegiatan ini adalah produk olahan jamu khas Desa Lelato.

Supply Chain Operation Reference in the Indonesian Non-Formal Education: An Analysis of Supply Chain Management Performance

The focus of the current study is non-formal education and supply chain companies in Indonesia. The ultimate objective is to investigate that how non-formal education contribute towards supply chain management performance. Two major elements of non-formal education, namely; non-formal learning and non-formal training was considered. Additionally, supply chain companys recruitment from non-formal educational sector was also considered. Four hypotheses were proposed concerning the relationship between learning, training, supply chain companys recruitment, supply chain operations and supply chain management performance to approach the ultimate objective of the study. The cross-sectional research design was selected, and data were collected from the human resources (HR) employees of the supply chain companies in Indonesia. Three hundred (300) questionnaires were distributed through random sampling technique. After data collection, PLS (SEM) was used to test the hypothesis. It was found that, learning and training has significant positive relationship with supply chain companys recruitment which has positive effect on supply chain operations. Finally, the better supply chain operations have positive contribution to enhance the supply chain management performance. This study has major contribution in the body of literature, as this is the first study which examined the relationship of non-formal education and supply chain management performance. This study will provide better grounds for supply chain companies to recruit their required staff from non-formal educational sectors

Pengaruh Program Pelatihan Terhadap Kreativitas Motif Sulaman Karawo di UMKM Serasi

The present research aimed to determine the effect of the training program on the creativity of Karawo (Traditional Fabric of Gorontalo) embroidery motifs at UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Serasi, Dulomo Selatan Village, Kota Utara Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers at UMKM Serasi, Dulomo Selatan Village, Kota Utara Subdistrict, Gorontalo City, with a total sample of 30 respondents. At the same time, the date analysis technique used simple linear regression. The finding revealed that the training program affected the creativity of  the Karawo embroidery motifs at UMKM Serasi, Dulomo Selatan Village, Kota Utara Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. The effect of the training program on the creativity of the Karawo embroider motifs was 20,0%, while the remaining 80,0% were affected by other variables that were not exammed in this research

PENERAPAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI INSTANSI PADA DINAS SOSIAL DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT KOTA GOTONTALO

This research  aims to determine how the implementation of institutional accounting systems in the Department of Social Affairs and Community empowerment of Gorontalo City. Meanwhile, data are collected through documentation, observatioan, and interviews involving two key informants. This research employs the qualitative descriptive research method, which describes the research variables in a qualitative understanding.The result indicate that the Department of Social Affairs and Community Empowerment of Gorontalo City has implemented the Institutional Accounting System (SAI) using the computerized SIPD and ETMIS applications that are running smoothly. As a result, the financial reports produced can provide better benefits for stakeholders, both users and financial report examiners, such as providing more comprehensive information. Not only does it show the achievement of budget realization, but the data produced is also more valid, making it easier to make decisions. The work can be completed well with supporting factors such as adequate human resources, technology, and facilities and equipment. In the meantime, the networkand input errors in implementing this institutional accounting system are inhibiting factors which can hinder work at the Department of Social Affairs and Communty Empowerment of Gorontalo City. However, these problems were promptly corrected at the time

Pemanfaatan Dana Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) sebagai Sumber Pembiayaan Nelayan Gorontalo

The research aims to find out the effetiviness of utilization of fund form BRI as fishermen’s financing source in Tanjung Kramat village,to find out supporting factors as well as inhibiting factors at people in Tanjung Kramat Village to achieve credit fund form Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The research method is a qualitative approach. The technique of data collection, interview and documentation. The findings show that the effectiviness ratio level is more than 100% and it means fund form Bank Rakyat Indonesia is very helpful for fishermen in Tanjung Kramat Village to increase the income. In addition, there are also two factors which support people in selecting fund form BRI as financing source namely internal and external factors. Also, there are also inhibiting factors namely credit instalment, credit value, collateral value, credit term, credit procedure/terms, credit provider allocation, and others
