    Pada artikel ini dibahas tentang analisis kestabilan model matematika immunoterapi BCG pada kanker kandung kemih. Model matemtika yang dibangun menguji dua persamaan pertumbuhan pada sel kanker, yaitu model pertumbuhan logistik dan eksponensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, agar model stabil ke titik kesetimbangan bebas kanker, dosis BCG yang diberikan harus berada pada selang . Di luar selang tersebut, model akan stabil ke titik kesetimbangan endemik jika dosis BCG kurang dari batas bawah selang atau stabil ke titik kesetimbangan efek samping jika dosis BCG terlalu tinggi. Khusus untuk model yang menggunakan persamaan logistik, besar populasi awal sel kanker juga mempengaruhi titik kesetimbangan model. Populasi awal sel kanker yang relatif tinggi menyebabkan model stabil ke titik kesetimbangan endemik meskipun diberikan dosis BCG yang tinggi

    Waktu pembusukan pada buah dan sayur dapat dikendalikan dengan penambahan atau pengurangan gas sehingga O2 dan CO2 dapat diatur untuk mendapatkan berbagai komposisi gas. Teknologi pengawetan makan seperti Modified Atmosphere Storage (MAS) adalah sistem pengontrolan laju aliran udara untuk menurunkan kadar O2 dengan menyuntikan CO2 untuk menahan laju pembusukan pada buah dan sayur.Penelitian ini dilakukan dalamdua tahap, yaitu tahap simulasi dan eksperimental. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan software ANSYS dan eksperimental menggunakan hubungan antara pola aliran dengan waktu pembusukan. Pola aliran diwakili oleh parameter energi turbulen kinetik, sedangkanwaktu pembusukan diwakili oleh warna dan kadar glukosa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan simulasi pola aliran dalam MAS serta mengetahui hubungan jumlah dan posisi sparger terhadap pola aliran dan hubungan antara kadar oksigen dengan waktu pembusukan buah.Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah model hubungan antara kadar O2 dengan waktu pembusukan buah dengan membuat lima varian jumlah dan posisi sparger pada MAS. Penurunan kadar oksigen dilakukan dengan menyuntik CO2 selama 24 jam dan ditunggu selama dua hari. Hasil eksperimental kadar oksigen dalam MAS menunjukan varian 3 dapat menurunkan kadar O2 paling rendah sampai 8,5% dan kadar glukosa pada pisang di dalam MAS 5,33%, sedangkan pisang di luar MAS 9,65%

    At the moment, the Informatics Engineering Program needs a system that can manage an online registration, which can help in controlling the lecturers' schedules and also a better way for theses' title search. One problem that this department has, is in the system that controls the lecturers' teaching quota that is currently having an issue. The issue is the fact that a lecturer could teach way more than the quota and vice versa. The process of scheduling and checking of the lecturers' schedules for the theses' proposal and theses' defense is also a problem that raises in this department. However, the quota setting in this application will certainly could give an answer for both the lecturers and the students, since it will help making an equal division of the students' quantity for each lecturer. Moreover, the application also offers a better way for theses' title search in the sense that it makes the students easier to trace the previous theses' titles that already existed and avoid any overlapping titles in the future. This theses' title search feature uses SOLR technology to do a searching process that is counted based on the basic words from every searched word. The whole process in making this application is basically using yii framework and the database is using postgresql. Based on the testing result, this application succeeding to run smoothly. For additional thing in the future, this application can be added with a feature to check the theses' titles that can no longer be used (already been used) and some title suggestions that are available (never been used yet)

    Healthy life style based on natural food consumption, has been implemented by the society to increase health quality. Minimally processed technology is used to slow down food decay time in the storage room. Minimally processed techology is consist of Controlled Atmosphere Storage (CAS), Modified Atmosphere Storage (MAS), Freeze Driying, and blansir. MAS is food storage technology by conditioning the air composition (especially oxygen level). Banana is an object of MAS implementation, due to its all session fruit and shorter life time. Previous MAS studies used long bean as the object and managed to improve the life time until 15 days.The purpose of this study is to implement MAS to lengthen banana life time. MAS design use Ulrich Eppinger method. Simulation of Turbulance Kinetic Energy (TKE) in the sparger and MAS installation use ANSYS 16.2. The experimental to test sparger and installation is conducted for 6 hours for the sparger and 24 hours for the installation. Afterward the correlation between parameter is calculated by using least square method. The outcome of this  research is MAS for banana in order to be used by SME with capacity of 4.77 m3, mixture time is 24 hours, TKE number in the sparger is 582.6448 J/kg, TKE number in the installation is 715.6 J/kg, oxygen level in the sparger is 5.7%, oxygen level in MAS installation is 8.5%, glucose of banana located in the storage room is 9.5%, and banana life time able to achiave 14 days.

    Pucang Anom is one of the villages in Bondowoso which is known to have potential in agriculture. This can be proven by the breadth of land in Pucang Anom village, which almost 60% of the total is dominated by agricultural lands. This village has an abudant potential of famili medicinal plants (TOGA), but still underutilized and underestimated by the community. Even though TOGA can be processed into a product that has a high sale valus addition to the great benefits at the time of of the corona virus outbreak that is spreading through out the world. Therefore, KKN 04 Pucang Anom University of Jember on 6th of January until 19th of February 2020 had explored the potential in the village through the entepreneurship development of  TOGA as herbal beverage that rich in benefits. TOGA as a variety of its preparations that could be consumed by people invarious circles. The target of the program was to raise the enthusiasm of the community for enterpreneurship that was focused on processing technology and manufacturing products that did not yet exist in Pucang Anom village. Based on public response, it was known that 57% stated that they “really like” herbaldyed products and prossesed Herbal Jelly Milkshake, 100% said they werw “attracted” to the products, 95% said the were “innovative” products, and 100% stated thet the continuation of business potential was “needs to be continued”. Finally, the products won 1st place in the Product Expo of KKN Students of the University of Jember at 1st period in 2019/2020 academic year which was held on February 26, 2020

    Algoritma genetika adalah metode optimasi yang memiliki kelebihan dapat menemukan solusi yang baik secara cepat tetapi juga memiliki kelemahan, yaitu dapat mencapai kondisi konvergen meskipun tidak dapat dipastikan bahwa solusi yang diperoleh merupakan solusi optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan sebuah prosedur automasi yang didasarkan pada barisan Fibonacci untuk memanggil algoritma genetika sampai kriteria kekonvergenan terpenuhi. Dengan menggunakan beberapa fungsi uji Dejong dan Ackley diketahui bahwa algoritma genetika yang diautomasi dapat menemukan solusi optimal dengan waktu komputasi yang relatif singkat

    KPPOD (Komite Pemantauan Pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah/Regional Autonomy Watch), which is existing all along with the age of otda, is seeking to realize its vision of partaking in the creation of conducive business climate in the era of autonomy through various activities. As one of its annual activity, KPPOD conducted a “Rating on Investment Attractiveness of Regencies/Cities for Year 2004” covering 161 Regencies and 53 Cities in Indonesia. The study is the fourth rating; the first was in 2001 covering 90 Regencies/Cities, the second was in 2002 with 134 Regencies/Cities, while the third was in 2003 with 200 Regencies/Cities. Apart from being a reference for business players in weighing investment decision, said activity is intended to induce healthy competition among autonomous regions in facilitating economic activities.
