    This study is to determine the level of passenger satisfaction with service quality in Kualanamu International Airport and to reveals the effort / strategy led by PT. Angkasa Pura II in achieving World Class Airport in Kualanamu International Airport. The method of data collection is done by questionnaires and direct interviews with informants. Analyze data using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine the satisfaction of passengers. The results shows that the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at the level of to 73.6%, which means the value is in the category are enough satisfied. This shows that passengers satisfied with the performance and service given by PT. Angkasa Pura II. PT Angkasa Pura II has done some acceleration of infrastructure develop and conduct business strategy and synergy with related units. With the infrastructure and other developments are expected to achieve World Class Airport at least in terms of service

    The problems of this study are the factors that influence the micro and small entrepreneurs (MSEs) to use the services of working capital financing in Islamic banks in the city of Medan and how these factors influence the SME entrepreneurs to use the services of capital financing work on Islamic Banking.As for the object of this research is the MSE entrepreneurs in the city of Medan. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires directly. The sample used in this study were 95 samples with a stratified sampling method.Results of primary data processing with methods of descriptive statistics showed that most respondents agreed that if the factor procedure and factors affecting service is influencing them to use the services of working capital financing in Islamic banks and to be neutral to the belief factor

    Analisis Ability to Pay Dan Willingness to Pay Pengguna Jasa Kereta Api Bandara Kualanamu (Airport Railink Service)

    The objectives of this research are to analyze the users' ability and willingness to pay the Kuala Namu airport railink services, to find the ideal fare of the train services and to investigate the basic consideration in determining the services fare from PT.Railink. Data is collected by interviews based on the questionnaire. Moreover, in analyzing the data, household budget method and stated preference method are used to measure the ability and the willingness respectively. The results shows that the average respondent's ability to pay is Rp 78,375 and the average respondent's willingness to pay is Rp 60,375. However, after the increase in quality of priority, the average respondent's ability to pay will become Rp 71,375 with the average amount of money that is willing to be added by respondent is Rp 22,632. In determining the fare, PT. Railink has considered the operation fee and the quality of services given to the customers as its primary reasons. Based on the current fare, respondent who have the ability to pay is only 50%. The research reveal that the ideal fare for the train services is Rp 69.375, which will increase the percentage of respondents who have the ability to pay to 72.5
