    Employees’ self-efficacy and work performance of employees as mediated by work environment

    The study aimed to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and work performance as mediated by the work environment. To support the theory of study, literature was reviewed. The study used the descriptive correlational research design and to gather the data, questionnaires were used. The population of the study was all the faculty and employees of the Divine Word Colleges in the Ilocos Region, Philippines. The study found that their self-efficacy is high and it affects the work performance specifically task and contextual work performance but no correlation with the counterproductive behavior. The study found that work environment affects self-efficacy and work performance along with the three dimensions such as task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. Therefore, the hypotheses of the study are accepted

    The study aimed to determine the influence of the attitude of employees toward work and work environment toward work self-efficacy. To deepen the understanding of the study, literature was reviewed and theories were established. The study used the descriptive correlational research design and it used questionnaires to gather the data. The study found that the cognitive attitude of employees toward work is high but the work environment is at a moderate level. Taking the independent variables together, both are correlated to the work self-efficacy of employees. It means that both, attitude toward work and work environment can affect work self-efficacy. Therefore, the hypothesis of the study is accepted

    This study aimed to determine the effect of bureaucratic and humanistic management styles of administrators on the organizational citizenship behaviours of employees. To deepen the study, literature was reviewed and theories were established. The study used a descriptive correlational research design and used questionnaires to gather the data. The study found that the bureaucratic management style is higher than the humanistic management style. The higher the bureaucratic management style, the lower the humanistic management style becomes. Based on the correlational analysis, it found that management styles of administrators correlate to the organizational citizenship behaviours of employees. Therefore, the hypothesis of the study is accepted

    Examining the effect of teacher’s self-efficacy on job satisfaction

    The paper aims to examine the effect of teachers' self-efficacy on job satisfaction. To deepen the study, literature was reviewed and theories were established. The study used the descriptive correlational research design. The total enumeration was the sampling design of the study. It used questionnaires to gather the data. The study found that the teachers' self-efficacy is very high along the three dimensions of teachers' self-efficacy which include self-efficacy in student engagement, instructional strategies, and classroom management. While teachers' job satisfaction was considered high, not very high along the two dimensions such as satisfaction with the work itself and personal growth and career development. Concerning the correlation, it was found that there is a significant correlation between teachers' self-efficacy and job satisfaction

    Empowering Leadership of the Heads as Perceived by the Employees and Employees' Job Satisfaction

    The study aimed to determine the effect of empowering leadership and the job satisfaction of employees. To support the purpose, the literature was reviewed and theories were established to strengthen the title of the study. The study followed a research methodology and the research design was the descriptive assessment and correlational research design. To gather the data, validated questionnaires were and descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Weighted mean and Pearson r correlation was used to determine the level of different variables of empowering leadership and the correlation between empowering leadership and job satisfaction. The results indicate that empowering leadership of heads and job satisfaction of employees is not very high or high but a moderate extent and there is a significant correlation between empowering leadership and job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothesis of the study is accepted

    The study intended to determine the relationship between the moral leadership of administrators and the employees' morality. To support the theory of the study, the literature was reviewed. The study used a descriptive correlational research design and it used descriptive and inferential statistics. Questionnaires were used to gather the data and it used weighted mean to determine the level of moral leadership of administrators and the morality of employees. Pearson r or Product Moment Correlation was used in determining the correlation between the moral leadership of administrators and the morality of employees. The study found that the morality of administrators was to a moderate extent and the morality of employees was high. Employees' morality was higher than the administrators'. The study further found that there is a correlation between the moral leadership of administrators and the morality of employees. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted
