Aligning Digital Teaching Materials with Personalized System of Instruction Model in Physical Education

The development of the digital era requires a breakthrough in the learning process physical education. This to a paradigm shift in the learning process from used traditional media that become uses digital media. The use of digital teaching materials has been applied in several subjects, but the use of digital teaching materials is still limited in physical education learning. To optimize the use of digital teaching materials in learning physical education a supportive learning model is needed. Personalized system of instruction (PSI) is one of the learning models that becoming with the digital teaching materials in physical education learning. This study purpose describe application digital teaching materials in aligned with personalized system of instruction model (PSI)

The Sp3or's Policy Evaluation in Sdp Perspective: New Direction for Sports Development in the Future

The purpose of this study was to determine the SP3OR's policy in the perspective of sport development and peace (SDP) for new directions of sports development in the future. Qualitative research was conducted, where semi-structured interview data were collected from participants, as were data from direct participant observations and organizational documents. Data analysis followed, according to triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the SP3OR's program through its tasks or activities to the community has received a very positive response, an increase in the number of community participation in sports in West Java Province tends to increase every year. So that the SP3OR's program is contained in the policy of Governor Regulation (Pergub) No.7 of 2018 so that the consistency of programs running in the community is maintained. Thus the SP3OR's Program in West Java is expected to become an example for other provinces in Indonesia so that they can utilize human resources, especially youth, to build a human development index through sports activities

Successful Elite Sport Policies: Indonesia at the 2018 Asian Games

The government fully supports efforts to carry out the best achievements in a sustainable, systematic, and integrated way by involving all of the nation's potentials and strengths. This study aims to identify and analyze the main determinants of the success of elite sports policies in Indonesia. A qualitative approach with a case study design was chosen in this study. Observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis were used in data collection in which academics, elite athletes, and coaches were participants in this study. These findings show that efforts to integrate the success pathway of coaching and to develop exceptional sports achievements at the 2018 Asian Games (Presidential Decree No. 95 of 2017) are managed systematically, professionally, and become a shared commitment. As a result, Indonesia was successfully ranked 4th in Asia with 31 gold, 24 silver, and 43 bronze medals. So that, the slogan "Energy of Asia" has transformed into a generator of Indonesia in successful implementation, achievement, administration, and economic empowerment

Sports Facilities Create Jobs? the Economic Impact of the Presence of Sports Facilities

The presence of sports facilities is supposed to provide space for the community to carry out physical activities and sports competition events, any other impacts involved need to be studied further in order to complete studies in the construction of sports facilities. The purpose of this study is to see the benefits resulting from the presence of sports facilities from an economic perspective. A qualitative approach with a case study design was chosen in this study. Semi-structured interviews, and observations were used in data collection with participants involving policy makers, facility managers and visitors. The results of this study revealed that the presence of sports facilities economic impact by creating jobs both permanent and temporary so that the economy can increase incomes and reduce unemployment and poverty
