    Analisis Standarisasi Laboratorium Biologi Dalam Proses Pembelajaran Di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar

    Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap standarisasi laboratorium yang ada di SMA Negeri Kota denpasar, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dimana dalam penentuan responden menggunakan tehnik probability sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 200 responden yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru bidang studi, petugas laboran laboratorium biologi serta siswa siswi yang sudah menginjak kelas XII IPA. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian mengkorelasikan sekor setiap item jawaban responden dengan total item pernyataan dengan mencari sekor presentase rata-rata. Data hasil penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan rumus presentase rata-rata. Hasil dalam penelitian deskriptif ini menunjukkan bawa kondisi daya dukung fasilitas alat-alat laboratorium IPA/Biologi yang ada di kota denpasar menunjukkan bahwa kondisinya hampir memenuhi standar minimal yang telah ditetapkan yakni (1) Fasilitas Perabot yang ada di ruang laboratorium IPA/Biologi di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar belum memenuhi standar minimal ( 80.56 % ), (2) Fasilitas alat ukur dasar laboratorium yang ada di ruang laboratorium IPA/Biologi di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar masih berada di bawah standar minimal ( 96.80 % ), (3) Fasilitas Gambar/charta yang ada di ruang laboratorium IPA/Biologi di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar belum memenuhi standar minimal ( 83.73 % ), (4) Fasilitas bahan-bahan yang ada di ruang laboratorium IPA/Biologi di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar belum memenuhi standar minimal ( 97.77 % ), (5) Fasilitas papan tulis yang ada di ruang laboratorium IPA/Biologi di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar sudah memenuhi standar minimal ( 100% ), 6) Fasilitas perlengkapan lain yang ada di ruang laboratorium IPA/Biologi di SMA Negeri Kota Denpasar belum memenuhi standar minimal ( 77.77 % ). Dari segi managemen pengelolaan laboratorium SMA Negeri kota Denpasar semua tergolong sangat baik sedangkan untuk efektivitas dalam pemanfaatan ruang laboratorium yang ada di kota denpasar menunjukkan sangat baik.Kata Kunci : Daya Dukung Sarana Prasarana , Pengelolaan Laboratorium , Efektivitas Pemanfaatan Laboratorium This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational studies in which the determination of respondents use probability sampling technique. Respondents in this study amounted to as much as 200 respondents consisting of principals, subject teachers, lab biology laboratory personnel and students of class XII are already stepping IPA. The results of this descriptive study show that your condition carrying facility of laboratory equipment IPA / Biology in the city of Denpasar shows that the condition nearly meet the minimum standards that have been established that ( 1 ) the existing facilities in the room furnishings laboratory science / biology in SMA Denpasar city as much as 80.56 % of data obtained not meet minimum standards , ( 2 ) basic laboratory facilities measuring instruments that exist in space science laboratory / Biology in SMA Denpasar gained as much as 96.80 % of data is still below minimum standards , ( 3 ) facilities Picture / Charta existing laboratory space science / biology in SMA Denpasar as much as 83.73 % of data obtained not meet minimum standards , ( 4 ) facilities existing materials in the science lab / Biology in SMA Denpasar as much as 97.77 % of data obtained not meet minimum standards , ( 5 ) existing whiteboard facilities in laboratory science / biology in SMA Denpasar gained as much as 100 % of data already meets the minimum standard , 6 ) other equipment facilities that exist in the space science lab / Biology in SMA Denpasar city as much as 77.77 % of data obtained not meet minimum standards . In terms of management of SMA laboratory management of Denpasar all classified as very good , while for effectiveness in the utilization of laboratory space in the city of Denpasar showed very good

    An experiment was carried out to study the effect of fermented and not fermented coffee skin waste to the growthof kampong chicken. A completely randomized design, with five treatments and five replications were used so thereare 25 experiment units and each unit consisted of 4 cockerels. The Treatments as of P0: diet without coffee skinwaste (diet control), P1: diet containing non fermented coffee skin waste 10%, P2: diet containing non fermentedcoffee skin waste 20%, P3: diet containing fermented coffee skin waste 10% and P4: diet containing fermentedcoffee skin waste 20%. The variables measured were performance including the final body weight, weight gain,feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, water consumption, and carcass characteristics. Based on result,it can beconcluded that kampong chicken given diet with additional fermented and non fermented coffee skin waste up to20% level has no effect on the growth of kampong chicken age 3-11 weeks, but there is a tendency that the best dietis10% fermented coffee skin

    PENGUKURAN KOEFISIEN CERNA RANSUM DENGAN KELINCI HARLEQUIN

    Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kecernaan dan koefisien cerna pakan telah dilaksanakan di Pusat Inkubator Agribisnis/Bisnis Pemda Bali, Pesanggaran, Denpasar. Sebanyak delapan ekor kelinci Harlequin umur delapan minggu yang terdiri atas empat ekor jantan dan empat ekor betina ditempatkan secara random. Rancangan acak lengkap dengan pola faktorial dua faktor yaitu faktor jenis kelamin (jantan vs betina) dan faktor pakan (jagung butiran vs konsentrat) dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pakan dan air minum desediakan ad libitum. Penelitian berlangsung selama delapan minggu dan pengambilan sampel dengan pengukuran konsumsi pakan dan kotoran dilakukan setiap hari secara berturut-turut selama satu minggu. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kecernaan bahan kering, bahan organik, bahan anorganik dan protein tidak berbda nyata (P>0,05) antara perlakuan. Jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap kecernaan bahan tersebut di atas. Ada kecendrungan kecernaan bahan konsentrat lengkap lebih tinggi daripada jagung butiran, namun secara statistik tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05). Koefisien cerna bahan kering, bahan organik, bahan anorganik dan protein mengikuti pola kecernaan bahan kering pakan dan tidak ada perbedaan yang nyata (P>0,05) di antara perlakuan. Koefisien cerna pakan yang dihasilkan oleh kelinci jantan sama dengan kelinci betina. Konsentrat cenderung mempunyai koefisien cerna lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jagung butiran walaupun secara statistik tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecernaan dan koefisien cerna konsentrat tidak berbeda dengan jagung butiran.     Farmers in Riang Gede village, Tabanan District, Tabanan regency generally raise rabbits traditionally by providing grass field as basic feed and concentrate supplementation very minimum. Short course on diet manufacturing techniques in the form of pellets was performed in Juni 2014, aims to introduce the feed pellets, according to the rabbit nutrient requirements standard. Short course was suported by Tabanan Departement of Animal Production and Animal Sciense Post Gradute Program, Udayana University. This training introduces fermented of coffee leather as rabbit diet formulation in pellet form. There were 18 local famers and 9 farmer’s wife and 5 Riang Gede community leaders. The teams presented about (1) Rabbit nutrient requirment, (2) Prospect of rabbit, (3) energy and protein balance, (4) rabbit desease dan (4) diet manufacturing techniques in the form of pellets. Farmers can understand the course material and interested in creating a diet in the form of pellets. Based on the limited discussion, it could be seen that participants were very enthusiastic in joining this activity.
