HIV-associated Tuberculosis: Clinical Case

This case report presents a 35-year-old female who presented with HIV-associated multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. Resistant tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients with immunodeficiency is extremely difficult for effective treatment. Nevertheless, our clinical case showed that the cure of tuberculosis is possible in the late stages of HIV infection with the correct choice of treatment tactics, taking into account the resistance of MBT with the subsequent use of antiretroviral therapy. The progression of HIV infection, against the background of the effective antituberculous therapy, was associated with the patient's refusal to treat the underlying disease

Проанализирована текущая ситуация, сложившаяся в современной науке по отношению к решению данного круга задач. Применен математический аппарат алгебры конечных предикатов для реализации обобщенных пространств.Досліджена проблемна область, що включає в себе завдання алгебри скінченних предикатів та опис природної мови за допомогою цього математичного апарату. CHILDREN'S ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION: DRUG CHOICE. THE RESULTS OF THE PHARMACOEPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY RIFAGD

The multicentered pharmacoepidemiological study «Rifagd» (prevalence and pharmacotherapy of arterial hypertension in children) in 13 cities of Russia was conducted with the purpose of analyzing of pediatricians' approach to the treatment of children's arterial hypertension, including drug choice. This allowed to estimate their experience, knowledge, as well as to direct the way to improvements of quality in medical treatment of patients with arterial hypertension. The majority of pediatricians (83,1%) encounter difficulties in hypertension treatment in connection with guidelines absence (37,3%), medical practice absence (30,4%) and «absence of indications for the application of antihypertensive drugs in pediatrics» (31,9%). for arterial hypertension treatment pediatricians use AgE-inhibitors, diuretics and beta blockers.Key words: rifagd, arterial hypertension, pharmacoepidemiology, questioning of pediatricians, ace inhibitors, diuretics, beta blockers
