IgE-ОТВЕТ ПОСЛЕ ВВЕДЕНИЯ ПАНДЕМИЧЕСКОЙ ВАКЦИНЫ ШТАММА А/CALIFORNIA/7/2009 (Н1N1)v

Changes in total and allergy-specific IgE (IgE-antibodies) in 70 healthy volunteers vaccinated with influenza vaccine subunit strain A/California/7/2009/(H1N1). Safety of this vaccine was shown. Repeated second dose administration is not accompanied by increase in IgE-antibodies to egg components. Vaccine injection results in decrease of total IgE in patients with elevated IgE at baseline. В статье представлена оценка изменения общих и аллергоспецифических IgE-антител у 70 здоровых волонтеров, привитых вакциной гриппозной субъединичной, штамм А/California/7/2009/(H1N1). Показано, что вакцина безопасна. Установлено, что двукратное введение вакцины не сопровождается нарастанием титра IgE-антител к тканевым компонентам куриного яйца. Также отмечено, что введение препарата сопровождается снижением общего IgE у лиц с исходно повышенным показателем.

POSSIBILITY TO APPLY LIPOSOMAL ALPHA-2B INTERFERON FOR THE PREVENTION OF FLU AND OTHER ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS

Within recent years, a special attention has been paid to the nonspecific prevention of the acute respiratory disease related to the increase of the activity of the natural mechanisms for antiviral protection. The application of the liposomal forms of the different medications contributes to the directed transportation of the biodegraded protein substances. A special interest is aroused by the opportunity to orally apply protein medications, as their injection forms quickly degrade in the stomach. New Russian liposomal recombinant alphac2b interferon has antiviral, immuno-modulating and interferonogenic activity. The work demonstrates experience of the oral application form of the liposomal medication of recombinant alphac2b interferon — reaferoncesclipint for the extra prevention of flu and other acute respiratory infections among children. The application of this medication to prevent flu and acute respiratory infections in the dose of 250,000 Ме twice a week for the 4 weeks' period proved to be efficient within the group of the preschool children (aged between 7–10 years old) and manifested itself in the reduction of the flu and acute respiratory infections recurrence.Key words: flu, prevention, efficiency index, interferon.</strong

SAFETY OF CELL-DERIVED SUBUNIT ADJUVANTED INFLUENZA VACCINE FOR CHILDREN VACCINATION: DOUBLE-BLIND RANDOMIZED CLINICAL TRIAL

This article presents the safety data for cell-derived inactivated subunit adjuvanted influenza vaccine «Grippol Neo» in children 3–17 years old in comparison with reference egg-derived inactivated subunit vaccine «Grippol plus». Good test vaccine tolerability and high efficacy profile is demonstrated. ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ЭКСТРЕННОЙ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ ГРИППА И ДРУГИХ ОСТРЫХ РЕСПИРАТОРНЫХ ВИРУСНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ У ДЕТЕЙ С ПОМОЩЬЮ РЕКОМБИНАНТНОГО α-2B ИНТЕРФЕРОНА ПРИ ПЕРОРАЛЬНОМ ПРИМЕНЕНИИ

Новый отечественный препарат рекомбинантного α-2B интерферона идентичен человеческому лейкоцитарному α-2B интерферону, обладает противовирусной, иммуномодулирующей и интерфероногенной активностью. В работе продемонстрирован опыт применения пероральной формы липосомального препарата рекомбинантного α-2B интерферона – «Реаферон ЕС-Липинт» для экстренной профилактики гриппа и других ОРВИ у детей. Применение этого препарата для профилактики гриппа и ОРВИ в дозе 250 000 МЕ 2 раза в нед, в течение 4 нед, оказалось эффективным в группе детей младшего школьного возраста (7–10 лет) и выразилось в снижении частоты возникновения случаев гриппа и ОРВИ.
