    Tracing the P2P Botnets Behaviours via Hybrid Analysis Approach

    P2P botnets has become central issue that threatens global network security. The unification of botnets and P2P technology make it more powerful and complicated to detect. P2P botnets generally known with abnormal traffic behaviours may highly impact the networks operation, network security and cause financial losses. In order to detect these P2P botnets, a highly-profile investigation on flow analysis is necessary. We consider hybrid analysis approach that integrate both static analysis and dynamic analysis approach. The hybrid analysis will be used in profiling the P2P behaviours and characteristics. Then, the findings of analysis results will contributes on P2P botnets behaviour pattern that will be used in constructing the general model of P2P botnets behaviour. Through the findings, this paper proposes a general P2P botnets behaviour model. The proposed model will be beneficial to further work on P2P botnets detection techniques

    ABSTRAK Kehadiran Prabowo Subianto Menteri Pertahanan RI di podcast Deddy Corbuzier banyak menuai pro dan kontra dari publik. Sejak menggantikan Ryamizard Ryacudu sebagai Menteri Pertahanan pada 2019, Prabowo Subianto yang dikenal jarang bicara di publik tampil di depan kamera pada 13 Juni 2021 dan disaksikan oleh seluruh rakyat Indonesia melalui media sosial youtube. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya komunikasi politik Prabowo yang digunakan dalam membangun citra diri kepada publik. Maka dari itu, tujuan dan manfaat penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada publik mengenai gaya komunikasi politik seorang pejabat publik yang ada di media sosial juga sebagai sumber informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan konsep dari Robert W. Norton yaitu Communicator Style Measure (CSM). Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan bentuk komunikasi politik yang dilakukan infrastruktur politik untuk mencapai target dan tujuannya adalah Propaganda, Lobi Politik, dan Melalui Media Massa. Sedangkan, pada Communicator Style Measure dari Robert W. Norton gaya komunikasi yang menjadi karakter Prabowo Subianto pada saat hadir di podcast Deddy Corbuzier adalah Impression Leaving (Kesan yang ditinggalkan), Open (Keterbukaan), dan Relaxed (Rilexs). ABSTRACT The presence of Prabowo Subianto, the Indonesian Minister of Defense on Deddy Corbuzier's podcast, reaped many pros and cons from the public. Since replacing Ryamizard Ryacudu as Minister of Defense in 2019, Prabowo Subianto, who is known to rarely speak in public, appeared in front of the camera on June 13, 2021 and was witnessed by all Indonesians through YouTube social media. This research was conducted to find out how Prabowo's political communication style is used in building self-image to the public. Therefore, the purpose and benefit of this research is to be able to provide understanding and knowledge to the public about the political communication style of a public official who is on social media as well as a source of information. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers use the concept of Robert W. Norton namely Communicator Style Measure (CSM). The results of this study are based on the form of political communication carried out by political infrastructure to achieve its targets and objectives, namely Propaganda, Political Lobbying, and Through Mass Media. Meanwhile, in Communicator Style Measure, the communication styles that became Prabowo Subianto's character when he appeared on Deddy Corbuzier's podcast were Impression Leaving, Open , and Relaxed (Relax).     New Discovery of P2P Botnets Attack Pattern within Host-and-Network Atmosphere

    The attacks of advanced P2P botnets become critical threats to the Internet security. Nowadays, powerful botnets creates to make this botnets stronger and immune from any prevention techniques. Hence, studies of attack pattern required on detecting and restructuring the security of the network that has been attacked. This paper proposes a new generalization of P2P botnets attack pattern that conducted within host and network atmosphere. In each attack steps, the investigation of P2P botnets has been conducted to identify the characteristics and the behaviors. Then, detailed analyses on infected files have been conducted that cover both of host log and network log in different OSI layer via hybrid analyzer. This P2P botnets hybrid analyzer can be abstracted to form P2P botnets attack patterns. In advances, this paper verifies the new discovery attack pattern has achieved new level of accuracy and efficiency. Furthermore, this P2P botnets attack pattern will beneficial to the P2P botnets detection and computer forensic investigation

    Analysis and Improvement Design on P2P Botnets Detection Framework

    Developing the P2P botnets detection framework is crucial when we trying to fight against P2P botnets. Poor detection method can lead to a failure of P2P botnets detection. Thus, it needs to be accurately functioned well. This paper reviews and evaluates various current frameworks of P2P botnets detection and analyzing the existing gaps to make improvement of P2P botnets detection framework. Based on a review that conducted manually, we report our findings and analysis has been done on different frameworks concern on P2P botnets detection. Consequently, the gap and motivations found from this reviews are discussed. Then, the P2P botnets detection framework architecture has been proposed with the new improvement been reinforced by hybrid detection technique, hybrid analyzer and in-depth hybrid analysis. Future directions of this review are to develop the P2P botnets detection system that has capability in high detection accuracy and efficiency

    Identification of a 3-gene model as a powerful diagnostic tool for the recognition of ALK-negative anaplastic large-cell lymphoma.

    Anaplastic large-cell lymphomas (ALCLs) are a group of clinically and biologically heterogeneous diseases including the ALK(+) and ALK(-) systemic forms. Whereas ALK(+) ALCLs are molecularly characterized and can be readily diagnosed, specific immunophenotypic or genetic features to define ALK(-) ALCL are missing, and their distinction from other T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (T-NHLs) remains controversial. In the present study, we undertook a transcriptional profiling meta-analysis of 309 cases, including ALCL and other primary T-NHL samples. Pathway discovery and prediction analyses defined a minimum set of genes capable of recognizing ALK(-) ALCL. Application of quantitative RT-PCR in independent datasets from cryopreserved and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples validated a 3-gene model (TNFRSF8, BATF3, and TMOD1) able to successfully separate ALK(-) ALCL from peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified, with overall accuracy near 97%. In conclusion, our data justify the possibility of translating quantitative RT-PCR protocols to routine clinical settings as a new approach to objectively dissect T-NHL and to select more appropriate therapeutic protocols
