MATHEMATICAL MODELS PREDICTING LEUKOPENIA AND NEUTROPENIA IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS C IN THE BACKGROUND INTERFERONCONTAINING SCHEMES
Currently in the Russian Federation or chronic hepatitis C (CHC) are still relevant Interferon-based regimens. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of baseline characteristics and prognosis of the patient HCV genotype 1 for the development of leukopenia (LP) and neutropenia (NP). We investigated factors such as sex, age, body mass index (BMI), viral load, genotype of Interleukin-28 B (IL-28B), the initial level of leukocytes and neutrophils, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), fibrosis, duration of infection, presence of previous therapy. Absolute values of leukocytes and neutrophils were analyzed on 4, 12, 24, 48 weeks of therapy, and at 4, 12, 24 weeks after antiviral treatment with protease inhibitors (PI) 1 and 2 generation. Prognostic criteria were identified, indicating the possible development of the LP and NP expressed during treatment with interferon: female gender, low initial load, TT-genotype of IL-28B, the initial level of white blood cells and neutrophils below 5,7×109/L and 3,4×109/L, respectively. Mathematical models predicting the onset of LP and NP, formalized in the form of decision trees were also constructed. These models have shown the greatest potential for practical use in view of highest accuracy and reliability

Introduction of possibilities ways of using modern information technologies in the organizational and therapeutic activities of medical organizations of the health care system of the Russian Federation(Russia) is one of the most important tools in implementation of the state policy of providing quality medical care to the population. Information systems (IS) allow to monitor and record data on patients with malignant neoplasms, to reflect diagnosis data, treatment, to present various thematic analytical reports, which increases the data analysis efficiency, diagnostic methods effectiveness, which, in turn, provides possibilities for high‑quality treatment of patients with malignant neoplasms and timely monitoring of their condition.Внедрение возможностей использования современных информационных технологий в организационную и лечебную деятельность медицинских организаций системы здравоохранения Российской Федерации (РФ) является одним из важнейших инструментов по реализации государственной политики обеспечения населения качественной медицинской помощью. Информационные системы (ИС) позволяют осуществлять мониторинг и учёт пациентов со злокачественными новообразованиями, отражать данные по диагностике, лечению, представлять различные тематические аналитические отчёты, что повышает оперативность анализа данных, эффективность методов диагностики, что, в свою очередь, позволяет проводить качественное лечение больных злокачественными новообразованиями и осуществлять своевременный контроль за их состоянием
MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY FROM MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS ASSOCIATED WITH HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS
In this review we continue the publication of data on the problem of malignant neoplasms (MN) associated with human papillomavirus (HPV), in Russia. In a previous publication (Research’n Practical Medicine Journal 2016; 3(1): 66–78. DOI: 10.17709/2409-2231-2016-3-1-9) we at the first time presented the data on the incidence of malignant tumors associated with HPV in the Russian Federation for the period from 2009 to 2014. This article presents updated data on the incidence of in 2015, as well as data on mortality from the MN associated with HPV in Russia with the analysis of trends in men and women in different age groups. The statistics used in the article is calculated according to the annual state reporting documentation of the statistical form of the Ministry of health No. 7 and No. 35, forms 5 and Rosstat data, the combined database of the state of the cancer register of the Russian Federation
