IMPROVMENT OF TUBERCULOSIS CHEMOPREVENTION IN HIV-INFECTED PATIENTS
Objective: substantiation for the use of various schemes for chemoprevention of tuberculosis in HIV-infected patients.Materials and methods: for the study used data from the Cabinet of the early detection of tuberculosis outpatient card (form №025), journals of chemoprevention appointments, results of chemoprevention held at the 1211 HIV-infected patients in 2014 and 2015. Results: the most appropriate scheme is the combination of two anti-tuberculosis medicines within three months, instead of receiving the medicines for six months. Such schemes are due not only to the reduction of the duration of the course of treatment, but also better tolerated chemotherapy patients. Conclusions: chemoprevention of tuberculosis to HIV-infected persons should be carried out according to certain indications with the obligatory account contraindications. Apply standard regimens consisting of one or two anti-TB medicines or fixed-dose chemoprevention for the successful treatment of patients
Properties of coatings based on carbon and nitrogen-doped carbon obtained using a pulsed vacuum arc method
Diamond-like carbon coatings on hard-alloy substrates, including coatings doped with nitrogen about 1.0 μm thick have been obtained using a pulse vacuum-arc method. Three types of coatings have been investigated: a carbon diamond-like coating (C), a carbon coating doped with nitrogen (C : N), and a composite coating based on (C : N + C) layer

The paper presents heating system of warehouse of wall-paper with using of direct heating of air using gas fuel is stated. In this paper the feasibility of the decentralized heating systems, in terms of minimization of heatlosses and reduction of operating costs is analyzed.В работе изложена система отопления склада обоев с использованием систем прямого нагрева воздуха, работающих на газовом топливе. Feasibility of applying gas fuel air heaters "teplovej" as heating systems at industrial facilities
In this paper the heating system of industrial facility with using of air heaters "Teplovej" working on gas fuel is stated. In this paper the feasibility of using large-volume space heating with the applying of air heaters "Teplovej" is analyzed in terms of minimizing heat losses and reducing operating costs.В работе изложена система отопления производственного цеха с использованием тепловеев, работающих на газовом топливе. The primary cilium as a dual sensor of mechanochemical signals in chondrocytes
The primary cilium is an immotile, solitary, and microtubule-based structure that projects from cell surfaces into the extracellular environment. The primary cilium functions as a dual sensor, as mechanosensors and chemosensors. The primary cilia coordinate several essential cell signaling pathways that are mainly involved in cell division and differentiation. A primary cilium malfunction can result in several human diseases. Mechanical loading is sense by mechanosensitive cells in nearly all tissues and organs. With this sensation, the mechanical signal is further transduced into biochemical signals involving pathways such as Akt, PKA, FAK, ERK, and MAPK. VALUE OF ULTRASONIC TOMOGRAPHY IN THE STAGING OF ENDOMETRIAL CANCER
Based on the results of preoperative examination in 180 patients, the investigators studied and analyzed the specific features of ultra- sonic images of endometrial cancer in detail. The comprehensive study comprising color Doppler and energy mapping, three-dimen- sional echography with standard and variable-frequency transducers was conducted using the expert-class ultrasound equipment.
