    Redistilat Asap Cair Dari Cangkang Kelapa Sawt Dan Aplikasinya Sebagai Koagulan Karet Alam

    Jumlah limbah cangkang kelapa sawit yang setiap tahunnya terus bertambah akibat peningkatan produksi minyak sawit dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku dalam pembuatan asap cair. Kandungan asam dalam asap cair berpotensi sebagai koagulan karet alam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendistilasi ulang asap cair pada suhu 80, 90, and 100ÂșCdan menguji sifat koagulasi redistilat dibandingkan dengan asam format sebagai koagulan komersial. Dari proses redistilasi di setiap suhu, 2 tampungan redistilat terkumpul. Tampungan pertama dikumpulkan pada 5 menit pertama dan tampungan kedua dikumpulkan pada 5 menit berikutnya. Sebanyak 5 L redistilat diperoleh dari tiap tampungan. Uji sifat fisik pada lembaran karet menunjukkan bahwa redistilat 100ÂșC dari tampungan kedua disarankan untuk digunakan sebagai koagulan karet alam karena menghasilkan nilai plastisitas Wallace yang memenuhi standar dan memiliki nilai indeks retensi plastisitas yang memenuhi persyaratan Standar Nasional Indonesia. Redistilat tidak terbukti dapat mencegah proses pengerasan karet selama penyimpanan.     UD. Stardus Surabaya is one of the distributors of various boxes of food located on the road Simorejo No. 103 Surabaya. These distributors serve only selling wholesale or in large quantities only. Problems on the current business process is the absence of the recording process at the request of customers that are not realized. Distributors also do not know the state of the inventory in real time and does not know when to conduct the procurement process without having to wait for the inventory runs out. Judging from the payment of receivables distributor also has no system for recording receivables tersistem well.Based on the above problems, the researchers use the method of System Development Life Cycle to analyze and evaluate the system to perform system development.     Waduk Kedungombo memiliki luasan 4800 ha yang berfungsi sebagai sarana irigasi,Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA), pengendali banjir, sumber air minum,perikanan dan pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kualitasair dan menganailis struktur komunitas fitoplankton waduk. Pengambilan sampeldilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada bulan Mei dan Juli 2013. Terdapat 8 stasiunpenelitian.. Struktur komunitas fitoplankton dihitung berdasarkan kelimpahan (K),Indeks Keanekaragaman (H\u27), dan Indeks Dominansi (D). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa. Kelimpahnnya fitoplankton di Waduk Kedungombo mencapairata-rata 195.988 ind/L. Indeks keanekaragaman dalam kestabilan sedang dengan ratarata1,81 (H=1-3). Tidak terjadi dominansi fitoplankton jenis tertentu dengan nilai ratarata0,24 (D<0,05). Genus Microcystis terbanyak ditemukan dan merupakan jenisfitoplankton beracun yang menjadi indikator bahwa kondisi perairan sudah tercemar

    Scrutinized System Calls Information Using J48 And Jrip For Malware Behaviour Detection

    Malware is considered as one of most emerging threats due to Cybercriminals work diligently to make most of the part of the users’ network of computers as their target. A number of researchers keep on proposing the various alternative framework consisting detection methods day by days in combating activities such as single classification and the rule-based approach. However, such detection method still lacks in differentiate the malware behaviours and cause the rate of falsely identified rate, i.e., false positive and false negative increased. Therefore, integrated machine learning techniques comprise J48 and Jrip are proposed as a solution to distinguish malware behaviour more accurately. This integrated classifier algorithm applied to analyse, classify and generate rules of the pattern and program behaviour of system call information in which, the legal and illegal behaviours could identify. The result showed that the integrated classifier between J48 and Jrip significantly improved the detection rate as compared to the single classifier

    Backgound: Nowadays, health care facilities have become a gate toward health care professional. Health care facilities as first level which have developed by the government particularly Public Health Centers should be a partner with others facilities in community. Furthermore, one of the current issues still being discussed today is inpatient health care related tothree main dimensions of responsiveness. The three dimensions involve waiting time, clarity of information, and confidentiality of health care information. Methods: The objectives of the study are to analyze the relationship among the characteristics of household members, socioeconomic status with responsiveness dimensions of waiting time, clarity of information and confidentiality of health care information at the inpatient Public Health Centers, and to analyze health care discrimination for Family Poor Insurance with responsiveness dimensions of waiting time, clarity of information and confidentiality of healthcare information at the inpatient Public Health Centers. A Cross Sectional research design was performed with sample sizes in this study was 5342. Quantitative data collection involved secondary data of Baseline Health Research 2007 that was analyzed using SPSS 18 with unpaired T-test procedures. Results: The results indicate that Area Classifications, and Family Poor Insurance were significantly associated with Waiting Times at Inpatient Public Health Centers (p < 0.05). Age of household members, Education Level, and Area Classifications were significantly associated with Clarity of Information at Inpatient Public Health Centers (p < 0.05), Whereas, Age of household members and Education level were significantly associated with Confidentiality of Health Care Information at Inpatient Public Health Centers (p < 0. 05). Conclusions: As a pointed out that there was Health Care Discrimination of Family Poor Insurance for Waiting Time dimensions. Thus, it need the active roles each element, it also adopting the health information technology to supports integrating health care performance in public health centers in which quality, equity, and accountability

    Thermophysical Properties of Copper/Water Nanofluid for Automotive Cooling System – Mathematical Modeling

    Nanofluid is an advanced fluid with enhanced thermophysical properties that has been introduced in many applications for better heat transfer process. In automotive cooling system, conventional coolants such as water and ethylene glycol could have superior thermophysical properties of thermal conductivity, viscosity, density and heat transfer coefficient by introducing nanoparticles suspension. This study investigated the thermophysical properties of Copper/Water nanofluid by using mathematical modeling approach to come out with a new coolant for Louvered-fins and flat tube of a radiator. The nanofluid showed enhanced thermophysical properties with nanoparticles suspension of 2 vol.% to 10 vol.%. By offering 10 % of copper nanoparticles concentration, the heat transfer coefficient of the nanofluid was increased up to 26000 W.m-2K-1 with enhancement of 92 %. Consequently, it also enhanced the heat transfer rate in the cooling system. The different particles sizes of 10 nm, 50 nm, and 100 nm showed different heat transfer coefficients but the heat transfer rate in the radiator is similar, up to 64400 W with 10 % of nanoparticle volume fraction. The nanofluids showed better heat transfer characteristics as a new alternative coolant for the radiator

    Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria Macrocarpa) sebagai Antinefrotoksisitas “Dewa Penyelamat” dalam Penurunan Efek Samping Cisplatin

    Cisplatin is one of the most widely used chemotherapeutic agent in cancer treatment, however it possess series of harmful adverse effects, most notably, nephrotoxicity. Due to that reason, a natural chemopreventive agent is needed to minimize cisplatin's toxicity, namely, Mahkota Dewa fruit (Phaleria marcocarpa) extract. This research aim to determine anti nephrotoxic effect of mahkota dewa fruit on Vero cells, model of renal cells. Cytotoxic assay of mahkota dewa's extract and cisplatin both single and combination was determined using MTT assay on HeLa cells and Vero cells. The cytotoxic assay resulted that IC50 value of cisplatin and Mahkota Dewa to HeLa cells were 18”M (5,4 ”g/mL) and 845 ”g/mL, respectively, whereas the IC50 value of cisplatin and Mahkota Dewa to Vero were 80 ”M (24 ”g/mL) and 730 ”g/mL, respectively. The results indicated that cisplatin was more cytotoxic to HeLa cell in comparison to Vero cell. Combination treatment of mahkota dewa's extract at 183 ”g/mL and cisplatin 284 ”M showed increased viability of Vero cells. Therefore, combination treatment of cisplatin and mahkota dewa are able to decrease nephrotoxicity of cisplatin to renal cells

    Revealing Influenced Selected Feature for P2P Botnet Detection

    P2P botnet has become a serious security threat for computer networking systems. Botnet attack causes a great financial loss and badly impact the information and communication technology (ICT) system. Current botnet detection mechanisms have limitations and flaws to deal with P2P botnets which famously known for their complexity and scalable attack. Studies show that botnets behavior can be detected based on several detection features. However, some of the feature parameters may not represent botnet behavior and may lead to higher false alarm detection rate. In this paper, we reveal selected feature that influences P2P botnets detection. The result obtained by selecting features shows detection attack rate of 99.74%
