    Analisis Store Image dan Service Quality dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen

    The research was aimed at determining the influence of store image and service quality in increasing customer satisfaction. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative with quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling by means of simple random sampling approach. The amount of samples deployed were amount to 186 respondents. The technique of analyzing data applied was multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 24 application.The results of the research show that the influence of store image was positive and significant towards customer satisfaction which is amounted to 0.743; thus, the influence of service quality is also positive and significant towards customer satisfaction which is amounted to 0.787. Subsequently, the result conveys that the influence of store image and service quality is aggregated to 65.6% and the epsilon or namely the remaining independent influence caused by other variables not explained in the research is aggregated to 34.4%.     Minat Beli Ulang Berdasarkan Customer Experience dan Customer Satisfaction

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode sistem random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 90 orang pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap minat beli ulang adalah 53,8% dan 46,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukan bahwa angka R Sebesar 0,734. Berdasarkan hasil uji f yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 50,843 > Ftabel 2,36. Adapun uji t yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa Nilai signifikasi yang didapat 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 5,008 > ttabel 1,66256. Simpulan, customer experience dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Sukabumi.     Keputusan Pembelian Secara Online Berdasarkan Kelompok Referensi, Keluarga serta Peran dan Status

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelompok referensi, keluarga serta peran dan status terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode sampel probability sampling  dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 116 kepada para pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,291. Pengaruh kelompok referensi, keluarga, serta peran dan status terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi adalah 29,1% dan sisanya 70,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi ganda dapat diketahui dari nilai R sebesar 0,540. Berdasarkan uji f nilai probabilitas Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Simpulan, secara bersama-sama kelompok referensi, keluarga, serta peran dan status berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Adapun untuk hasil uji t, kelompok referensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan peran dan status berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian.     Analisis Nilai Pelanggan dan Pengalaman Pelanggan terhadap Kepercayaan Pelanggan Wisata Kuliner Selamat Toserba Sukabumi

    The purpose of this study was to find out customer value and customer experience towards customer trust in the Happy Toserba Sukabumi Culinary Tourism. The research method used by the authors in this study used a system of random sampling where the authors distributed questionnaires to 100 customers. The analysis technique used by the writer is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficient and determination coefficient and for hypothesis testing the author uses partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (f test). The results of the study, using the determination coefficient test shows the value (Adjuster R2) of 0.437 which means the influence of customer experience on customer trust is 43.7% and 56.3% is influenced by other factors not examined. In addition, testing multiple correlation coefficients shows an R value of 0.669 which means there is a strong relationship between customer experience and customer trust.     Purchasing decisions are often made by consumers based on their wants and needs. If the company is unable to fulfill it, it is likely to experience a decline in marketing the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the reference group and product attributes to the purchasing decisions of eiger bag consumers in the eiger store in the city of sukabumi. The research method used in this study was to use a random sampling method, by distributing questionnaires as many as 87 respondents to eiger bag consumers. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques and coefficient of determination. To test the hypothesis in this study using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (Test f). The results of this study indicate that the reference group has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.     If the company decides to set a large amount of working capital, it is likely that the liquidity level will be maintained but the opportunity to earn a large profit will decrease, which in turn has an impact on decreasing profitability. The purpose of this study is to determine company growth, company liquidity, and profitability in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2021. The research methods used in this study are associative and descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2021, with the number of samples used in the study, namely 20 manufacturing companies. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Statistical Techniques, Multiple Correlation Coefficients, Coefficient of Determination, Simultaneous Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test results show the tcount of the variable Company growth (X1) of 2.248> 2.000995 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be seen that company growth has a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of statistical tests, the tcount of the Liquidity variable (X2) is 2.018> 2.000995, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.     Analisis Store Environment dan Emosi Positif terhadap Impulse Buying

    The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of store environment and positive emotions on impulse buying in the cafe. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling.  The sample used in this research was 100 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (T test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,425 can be interpreted that the effect of Store Environment and Positive Emotions on Impulse Buying is 42,5%. The remaining 57,5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.661, it shows that there is a strong relationship between store environment and positive emotions with impulse buying. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,10, which means that together Store Environment (X1) and Positive Emotions (X2) significantly influence Impulse Buying (Y). Conclusion, based on the t test showing Store Environment (X1) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y), Positive Emotions (X2) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y).     Keputusan Pembelian Berdasarkan Promosi dan Citra Merek

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Neptuns Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sistem random sampling dimana penulis menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 80 konsumen. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan nilai Adjuster (R2) adalah sebesar 0,517 yang berarti pengaruh promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 52,9% dan 47,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukan nilai R sebesar 0,728 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji F yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai Sig. adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan, promosi dan citra merek berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian, Promos

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality and consumer confidence on customer satisfaction. The use of the method in this study is to use a type of sampling included in the sample random sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 96 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test partial (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). T test results show that e-service quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer confidence (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0,000 <0.10 which means that together e-service quality (X1) and consumer confidence (X2) significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y).
