ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ДІДЖИТАЛІЗАЦІЇ РИНКУ ФІНАНСОВИХ ТА СТРАХОВИХ ПОСЛУГ
The article attempts to analyze the digitalisation of the financial and insurance services market, which began more than half a century ago, and to distinguish its individual phases on the basis of strategic and systemic focus and change in the organizational orientation of transformations. Goal. The purpose of this article is to attempt, on the basis of a critical analysis of the existing literature, to outline the transformational processes in digitalization of the financial sphere. Identify the determinants of insurance and financial services market development. Method. Using the methods of theoretical level of research, namely abstraction and generalization in the definition of fintech and insultech, historical method and method of analogies in the process of studying the evolution of the digitization of the financial and insurance services market. Results. The main elements of acceleration of data transformation for the financial sector are highlighted, as well as three areas that reflect the transformation of financial and insurance market digitization in the last decades and five separate phases of the evolution of financial and insurance market digitization.
Search for anisotropic effects of hcp solid helium on optical lines of cesium impurities
The anisotropic effect of a hcp 4He solid matrix on cesium atoms has been
proposed as a tool to reveal the parity violating anapole moment of its
nucleus. It should also result in splitting the D2 optical excitation line in a
way depending on the light polarization. An experimental investigation has been
set up using oriented hcp helium crystals in which cesium metal grains are
embedded. Atoms are created by laser sputtering from this grains. Optical
absorption spectra of the D2 line have been recorded in the temperature range
of 1.0 to 1.4 K at liquid/solid coexistence pressure by monitoring the
fluorescence on the D2 line at 950 nm. No significant effect of the light
polarization has been found, suggesting a statistically isotropic disordered
solid environment for the cesium atoms.Comment: The original publication will be available at

Coevolutionary processes for strategic decisions
The original publication is available at www.springerlink.comWe present a description and initial results of a computer code that coevolves Fuzzy Logic rules to play a two-sided zero-sum competitive game. It is based on the TEMPO Military Planning Game that has been used to teach resource allocation to over 20,000 students over the past 40 years. No feasible algorithm for optimal play is known. The coevolved rules, when pitted against human players, usually win the first few competitions. For reasons not yet understood, the evolved rules (found in a symmetrical competition) place no value on information concerning the play of the opponent.Rodney W. Johnson, Michael E. Light scattering study of collective effects during evaporation and condensation in a disordered porous material
We combine high-resolution isotherms measurements and light scattering technics to study over a broad temperature range collective effects during the condensation and evaporation of helium from Vycor, a prototypic disordered porous material. For evaporation, our results provide the first direct evidence for a crossover from a percolation collective mechanism at low temperature to a local cavitation mechanism at high temperature. No long-range collective effects are detected during condensation. We compare these results to recent theoretical predictions emphasizing the specific role of disorder, and discuss their relevance for determining pores sizes distributions in disordered porous materials
