    Purpose: To study the effects of 48 weeks eprosartan therapy on left ventricle (LV) geometry and function condition.Materials and methods: investigate 34 patients with arterial hypertension 1-2 stage with LV diastolic dysfunction. All patients randomized in 2 groups. Patients in either group received eprosartan in dose 600 mg p/day monotherapy, in other group – 20 mg 2 p/day nifedipine.Results: At the end of therapy in group with eprosartan occurred reliable normalization geometry end effective tendencies of normalization of diastolic function, at the same time change in other group were non reliable.Summury: Thus eprosartan is high effective remedy for prevention of HF in patient with arterial hypertension

    The aim of the work was to reduce the risk of unstable hemodynamic reactions in patients with arterial hypertension and heart rhythm disorders against amiodarone-inducible thyroid dysfunction after neurosurgical operations due to pharmacological optimization of premedication. The study was conducted on 51 patients with arterial hypertension and amiodarone-associated thyrotoxicosis type I, which were divided into two groups. 1 group (n = 30) - at the stage of preoperative preparation, patients received prolonged premedication (for three days before the operation) with long-acting benzodiazepines (diazepam) and magnesium preparations. 2 group (n = 21) - benzodiazepines of short action (midazolam) were used for premedication before the operation.     Thromboelastography in the practice of hematologist in monitoring pregnant women with disorders of hemostasis

    The article analyses the opportunities thromboelastography for monitoring of hemostasis in pregnant women with thrombophilia. Using the thromboelastography assessed the State of the plasma parameters of hemostasis, fibrinolysis system, and adjust the amount of assigned patients to drugs (anticoagulants, antiagregantov, inhibitors of fibrinolysis). Performance of thromboelastography in dynamics made it possible to assess the effectiveness of the molecular heparin therapy during pregnancy and to identify appropriate ways of its correction in preparation for childbirth to prevent bleeding.     Purpose: to identify the diagnostic value of simultaneous determination of baseline concentrations of Π‘-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 levels in the blood in patients as additional factors in assessing the risk of cardiovascular disease by screening by specifying the intensity of inflammation.Materials and methods: screening to identify cardiovascular risk and the concentration in the blood CRP and interleukin-6 in 304 patients urban populations in the outpatient polyclinic inspection and survey.Results: set pairing between the increased risk on a scale SCORE, and the concentration of CRP in the blood. Diagnostic level of CRP in the blood to separate the risk of cardiovascular disease at the lowest and the highest was 3 mg/l. a closer link was established between the number of risk factors and the studied marker of inflammation.Summary: when screening risk assessment should be carried out in the cardiovascular disease with quantitative measurement of CRP in the blood concentrations of the base

    EFFECTIVENESS OF TIOTRIAZOLINE IN COMPLEX THERAPY OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

    Aim. To study molecular effects of tiotriazoline in 30 patients with stable angina I-III functional class.Material and methods. Comparison of molecular effects of cardioprotection is done based on dynamics of exercise tolerance dynamics, and via proteomic methods of investigation, questionnaires assessment of life quality in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD).Results. It was found, that tiotriazoline improves exercise tolerance, shows strong cardioprotective effect that includes antioxidant and cytoprotection effects in IHD patients.Conclusion. Tiotriazoline helps to reduce the mean number of angina attacks in IHD patients, as to improve mean functional class
