Formation of an integrated financial regulation system of transport corporations’ economic development
Scientific findings of this article correspond with the fact that the development of interacting business entities is quite diverse. This affects the efficiency of corporations’ budget management. So, a need arises to adjust the financial assets applied to the development of integrated enterprises, basing on their economic compatibility evaluation.
Authors suggest using the companies’ development intensity determined by the increasing qualitative business activity indicators compared to the increasing quantitative ones.
Theoretical economics gives no clear definition of compatibility of developing companies. Economic practices do not pay proper attention to the development of effective financial regulation of economic development of companies integrated into a corporation.
The article suggests original definitions of economic compatibility as well as the model of forming the integrated system of transport companies’ economic development on the basis of morphological approach. On the Problem of Control of Prescription-Technological Factors of Concrete Production in the Course of Design and Synthesis of its Optimal Structure
The problem of the place and role of the prescription and technological factors in the design and synthesis of concrete structures from the viewpoint of controlling the parameters of the stress field in them under mechanical loading and, respectively, the resistance to their destruction is discussed. Formation of the stress field in the structure of concrete as conglomerate building composites is considered in the system of phenomena of accumulation, dissipation, localization and concentration of energy of the external influence of the operating environment on the material in the structure. In this case, the parameters of the stress field are analyzed in relation to the prescription and technological factors that predetermine the characteristics of the constructed and synthesized homogeneously inhomogeneous structure of the composites. According to the criteria for minimizing the stress values in the composite, proposals are made to ensure the most effective operation of the structural bonds of the constructed material in work underload

The complete genome sequence of Pantoea ananatis AJ13355, an organism with great biotechnological potential
Pantoea ananatis AJ13355 is a newly identified member of the Enterobacteriaceae family with promising biotechnological applications. This bacterium is able to grow at an acidic pH and is resistant to saturating concentrations of L-glutamic acid, making this organism a suitable host for the production of L-glutamate. In the current study, the complete genomic sequence of P. ananatis AJ13355 was determined. The genome was found to consist of a single circular chromosome consisting of 4,555,536 bp [DDBJ: AP012032] and a circular plasmid, pEA320, of 321,744 bp [DDBJ: AP012033]. After automated annotation, 4,071 protein-coding sequences were identified in the P. ananatis AJ13355 genome. For 4,025 of these genes, functions were assigned based on homologies to known proteins. A high level of nucleotide sequence identity (99%) was revealed between the genome of P. ananatis AJ13355 and the previously published genome of P. ananatis LMG 20103. Short colinear regions, which are identical to DNA sequences in the Escherichia coli MG1655 chromosome, were found to be widely dispersed along the P. ananatis AJ13355 genome. Conjugal gene transfer from E. coli to P. ananatis, mediated by homologous recombination between short identical sequences, was also experimentally demonstrated. The determination of the genome sequence has paved the way for the directed metabolic engineering of P. ananatis to produce biotechnologically relevant compounds
Neotectonics and Modern Geodynamics of Verkhnekamskoe Potash Salt Deposit
Рассматривается новейшая структура территории Верхнекамского месторождения калийных солей (ВКМКС), которая может влиять на современное состояние соляной залежи и быть одной из причин происходящих негативных природнотехногенных процессов. На основании структурно-геодинамических исследований в пределах новейшего Соликамского поднятия выделены три неотектонические области, Северная, Центральная и Южная, отличающиеся типом новейших структур, геодинамическими условиями их формирования и степенью наследования соляных структур. Оценено происхождение новейших структур, которое связывается с латеральным СЗ-ЮВ сжатием, при котором формируются обратные соотношения разновозрастных структур и происходит активизация древних разломов. Отмечается, что для предупреждения катастрофических провалов и опасных горно-геологических явлений необходимы учет и оценка не только древних герцинских дислокаций, но и неотектонических структур и геодинамических условий их формирования
Evolution of the nuclear modification factors with rapidity and centrality in d+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 200 GeV
We report on a study of the transverse momentum dependence of nuclear
modification factors for charged hadrons produced in deuteron + gold
collisions at GeV, as a function of collision centrality
and of the pseudorapidity () of the produced hadrons. We
find significant and systematic decrease of with increasing rapidity.
The midrapidity enhancement and the forward rapidity suppression are more
pronounced in central collisions relative to peripheral collisions. These
results are relevant to the study of the possible onset of gluon saturation at

This article is concentrated on modeling and researching of aerodynamic characteristics of main and tail rotors’ combination of a single-rotor helicopter scheme. Non-linear free wake vortical model with diffusion of free wake is used. The model is constructed on the base of Helicopter Design Faculty, MAI. There was analyzed a number of special flight regimes of a helicopter. There were counted aerodynamic characteristics of rotors.Работа посвящена моделированию и исследованию аэродинамических характеристик комбинации несущего винта (НВ) и рулевого винта (РВ) вертолета классической одновинтовой схемы. Recent Results from the BRAHMS Experiment
We present recent results obtained by the BRAHMS experiment at the
Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) for the systems of Au + Au and Cu + Cu
at \rootsnn{200} and at 62.4 GeV, and p + p at \rootsnn{200}. Nuclear
modification factors for Au + Au and Cu + Cu collisions are presented. Analysis
of anti-particle to particle ratios as a function of rapidity and collision
energy reveal that particle populations at the chemical freeze-out stage for
heavy-ion reactions at and above SPS energies are controlled by the baryon
chemical potential. From the particle spectra we deduce significant radial
expansion ( 0.75), as expected for systems created with a large
initial energy density. We also measure the elliptic flow parameter
versus rapidity and \ptn. We present rapidity dependent ratios within
for Au + Au and Cu + Cu at \rootsnn{200}. \Raa is found to increase
with decreasing collision energy, decreasing system size, and when going
towards more peripheral collisions. However, \Raa shows only a very weak
