Small press helps us to understand the district, whereas city newspapers that have relatively low circulation are aimed at satisfying the needs of the local audience. Under current conditions small press is trying to survive and is focused on special projects and events. These projects become a serious competitive advantage while being carefully planned and organized. They promote the creation of the relevant content and contribute to the formation of the trustful relationship between the editors and the readers. Structure-Sensitive Mechanism of Nanographene Failure

The response of a nanographene sheet to external stresses is considered in terms of a mechanochemical reaction. The quantum chemical realization of the approach is based on a coordinate-of-reaction concept for the purpose of introducing a mechanochemical internal coordinate (MIC) that specifies a deformational mode. The related force of response is calculated as the energy gradient along the MIC, while the atomic configuration is optimized over all of the other coordinates under the MIC constant-pitch elongation. The approach is applied to the benzene molecule and (5, 5) nanographene. A drastic anisotropy in the microscopic behavior of both objects under elongation along a MIC has been observed when the MIC is oriented either along or normally to the C-C bonds chain. Both the anisotropy and high stiffness of the nanographene originate at the response of the benzenoid unit to stress.Comment: 19 pages, 7 figures 1 tabl

Inversionless gain in a three-level system driven by a strong field and collisions

Inversionless gain in a three-level system driven by a strong external field and by collisions with a buffer gas is investigated. The mechanism of populating of the upper laser level contributed by the collision transfer as well as by relaxation caused by a buffer gas is discussed in detail. Контент любого средства массовой информации, в том числе локального издания, не исчерпывается текстами, отвечающими дефиниции «журналистика» и подготовленными сотрудниками редакции. Номер газеты обычно содержит информацию самого разного рода: публикуемые на договорной основе сведения о деятельности муниципальных и региональных властей, тексты нештатных авторов, 89 рекламные обращения, программу телевизионных передач, многообразную справочную и сервисную информацию, познавательные и развлекательные материалы. И потому, что есть потребность аудитории в такого рода информации. Small Media in the System of Social Interactions of the Local Community: what Has Changed During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The economic crisis, aggravated by the epidemiological circumstances, has probably had the most catastrophic effect on the activities of local media. This led to a drop in the already meager advertising market and a decrease in citizens’ incomes, and hence the purchasing power of readers. The decline in social activity of all institutions of the community, restrictions on open communication have radically changed the usual journalistic practices. Under these conditions, the editorial offices of city and regional newspapers, which traditionally — in a decisive way — influenced the life of the territory, have managed to adequately adjust the content strategies under these conditions. The article deals with practice of small press of the Perm region.Экономический кризис, усугубленный эпидемиологическими обстоятельствами, скорее всего и наиболее катастрофично сказался на деятельности локальных медиа. Это привело к падению и без того скудного рекламного рынка и уменьшению доходов граждан, а значит и покупательной способности читателей. Снижение социальной активности всех институтов сообщества, ограничения на открытую коммуникацию кардинально поменяли привычные журналистские практики. Адекватно скорректировать контент-стратегии в этих условиях удалось тем редакциям городских и районных газет, которые традиционно — определяющим образом — влияли на жизнь территории. В статье рассматривается практика местной прессы Пермского края
