Development of Mangrove Revegetation in Increasing the Availability of Food Materials from the Existence of Association Biota in Central Lombok

Mangrove forest is an ecosystem that functions as a habitat for various animals and biota, but mangrove damage has a negative impact on the diversity of associated biota and the availability of food materials. This study aims to determine the development of mangrove revegetation in increasing the availability of food materials from the presence of associated biota in Central Lombok. Primary data collected from quadratic sampling along the line transects were further analyzed to determine mangrove diversity and dispersion indices as well as macrofauna diversity, uniformity, dominance and abundance indices. The results of the analysis of mangroves, the highest diversity index was in Dondon Beach at 1.52, Tanjung Batutiang at 1.49 and Gili Perigi at 1.42, while the highest dispersion index at Gili Perigi at 0.61, Tanjung Batutiang at 0.55 and Dondon Beach at 0.51. Furthermore, the results of macrofauna analysis showed that the highest diversity index was in Tanjung Batutiang at 2.59, Dondon Beach at 2.51 and Gili Perigi at 2.49, the highest uniformity index at Tanjung Batutiang at 0.82, Dondon Beach at 0.80 and Gili Perigi at 0.79, the highest dominance index at Tanjung Batutiang at 0.91, on Gili Perigi and Dondon Beach of 0.89, the highest abundance index on Dondon Beach of 3.05, on Gili Perigi and Dondon Beach of 2.71. The conclusion of this study is that mangrove revegetation has succeeded in increasing the availability of food material in terms of the presence of macrofauna in Central Lombok

Efektivitas Penggunaan Metode Discovery Dalam Meningkatkatkan Keterampilan Proses Dan Ketuntasan Belajar Biologi

Metode didalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor  yang berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses dan ketuntasan belajar biologi peserta didik. Penggunaan metode discovery di SMP Negeri 11 Pujut masih kurang optimal yang mengakibatkan peserta didik kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode discovery diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik dan peserta didik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan ketuntasan belajar yang ditentukan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari penggunaan metode discovery dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan ketuntasan belajar biologi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes dimana instrumennya berupa lembar observasi dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode discovery efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan ketuntasan belajar biologi peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Puju

Development of Biopreneurship Project-Based Module for Junior High School Students in Mandalika Lombok Special Economic Zone

The development of entrepreneurial literacy is crucial for students to prepare themselves to benefit from the current development of the Mandalika Lombok Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The purpose of this study is to develop a project-based science module focusing on biopreneurship to enhance students' entrepreneurial literacy. This research is a development study that adopts the Dick and Carey model. The research data consist of a description of the development of the science module and its theoretical feasibility. The feasibility of the science module is analyzed using Aiken’s V formula. The research results indicate that the expert assessment of the feasibility of the biopreneurship-based project-based science module shows a percentage of 77.3% in the category of being suitable for use. Meanwhile, the biopreneurship project worksheets have a percentage of 73.9% in the category of being suitable for use. Additionally, the learning steps have a percentage of 80.0% in the category of being suitable for use in teaching and learning. The conclusion of this study is that the development of the project-based biopreneurship science module can be effectivelyi used to enhance students' entrepreneurial literacy.Pengembangan literasi kewirausahaan sangat penting bagi siswa guna mempersiapkan diri dalam mengambil manfaat dari pengembangan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika Lombok saat ini. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, diperlukan bahan ajar berupa modul pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi belajar siswa dengan menitikberatkan kegiatan proyek dengan memadukan antara konsep-konsep biologi dengan kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul IPA berbasis proyek biopreneurship untuk meningkatkan literasi kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan mengadopsi model Dick and Carey. Data penelitian berupa deskripsi pengembangan modul IPA dan kelayakan dari segi teoritis. Analisis data kelayakan modul IPA dengan formula Aiken’s V. Hasil penelitian bahwa penilaian ahli terhadap kelayakan modul IPA berbasis proyek biopreneurship menunjukkan presentase 77,3% dengan kategori layak digunakan, sedangkan lembar kerja proyek biopreneurship memiliki presentase 73,9% dengan kategori layak digunakan, kemudian langkah pembelajaran memiliki presentase 80,0% dengan kategori layak digunakan.
