Kinerja Badan Akreditasi Provinsi Sekolah/madrasah (Bap S/m) dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja BAP S/M Provinsi SulawesiTenggara, dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sulawesi Tenggara.Fokus penelitian adalah bagaimanakah kinerja Badan Akreditasi PropinsiSekolah/Madrasah (BAP S/M) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan diSulawesi Tenggara. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancaradan dokumentasi yang diolah dengan cara kualitatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Kinerja BAP S/M Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sebagailembaga yang mengakreditasi Sekolah/Madrasah telah melaksanakanprogramnya dengan memetakan sekolah/madrasah sebagai salah satukomponen peningkatan mutu pendidikan sekolah/madrasah denganmengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan. Berdasarkan penerapan standaryang ditetapkan oleh BAN S/M, maka lembaga ini telah melakukankegiatan akreditasi sesuai dengan kriteria dan ketentuan yang ditetapkanoleh BAN S/M dan telah berhasil mengakreditasi S/M sepanjang tahun2006-2014 sebanyak 5660 sekolah/madrasah, yakni 5109 sekolah atau90,3% dan 551 madrasah atau 9,7%
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (Tps) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas Iii.c SD Negeri 164 Pekanbaru
The problem in this research was the low student learning outcomes IPS, this happens because the learning process is only centered on the teacher so that trains students to be individual lazy thinking and has a passive nature. Besides the limited learning resources resulted in students learning to become less effective. It is necessary for research to improvements in the learning process through the implementation of cooperative learning model types think pair share. Think Pair Share (TPS) or Couples Sharing Thinking is the kind of cooperative learning are designed to affect the pattern of student interaction (Trianto, 2011). In this strategy, the child will be given a waiting time to think independently, and then discuss with a partner group. In this study, researchers gave the task in the form of worksheets. Forms of research is classroom action research (PTK). The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of a double action learning and end of each cycle is given daily tests. Data obtained from the observation of teacher activity using observation sheet teacher activity, student activity observation using observation sheet student activity. and the daily test results of students. Test questions consisted of 20 items shaped objective, assessment refers to the assessment standards Purwanto.Hasil research shows that the average score of students is 70.02 basis increased in the first cycle to 74.80 and then increased again to 80.48 in the second cycle. So the total increase for the action amounted to 21.76%. Activity percentage of teachers in the first cycle was 67.85% increase in cycle II to 85.71%. As well as the activity of the teacher, student activities also increased. In the first cycle the percentage of student activity is 66.67%, then increased to 81.25% in the second cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model types think pair share can improve learning outcomes IPS graders Elementary School III.C 164 Pekanbar
Peningkatan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis sebagai Pembentuk Karakter Calon Guru Biologi pada 3 Varian Multimedia yang Berbeda
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan tiga varians multimedia untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis calon guru biologi pada konsep embriologi manusia. Multimedia yang digunakan adalah varian-1 yang terdiri dari unsur animasi dan narasi, varian-2 terdiri dari unsur animasi, narasi, dan musik, serta varian-3 terdiri dari unsur animasi, narasi, musik, dan teks. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di FKIP program studi pendidikan biologi semester IV pada tahun ajaran 2009/2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Weak Experimental The Static Group comparison Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak tiga kelas merupakan seluruh populasi yang terdiri dari tiga kelas paralel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir pada keterampilan berpikir kritis dan angket siswa dan wawancara guru terhadap tiga varian multimedia yang digunakan. Data dianalisis dengan uji beda rerata one-way anova. Rerata N-Gain pada kelas multimedia varian-1, varian-2, dan varian-3 adalah 0,35, 0,51 dan 0,41. Guru dan siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan multimedia. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ketiga varian multimedia berbeda secara signifikan dalam dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis calon guru biologi. Effect of Citric Acid, Aluminum and IT's Interaction in the Seedling Growth of Soybean (Glycine Max L.) Varietas Anjasmoro
The objective of this research was to know whether citric acid was able to decrease effect of aluminum on the seedling growth of soybean (Glycine max L.) varietas anjasmoro. The experiment was conducted in Plant Physiology Laboratory, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Science, Lampung University on January 2016 in 2x3 factorial designs. Factor A was aluminum with 2 levels : 0 mM and 5 mM. Factor B was citric acid with 3 levels : 0 mM, 5 mM and 10 mM. Variables in this research were fress weight, dry weight, relative water content and total chlorophyll content. Analysis of variance was conducted at 5% significant level. If interaction was not significant, main effect was determined with lsd test at 5% significant level. If interaction was significant simple effect was determined with F test at 5% significant level. The result showed that the citric acid decreased fress weight, dry weight, relative water content and no effect on total chlorophyll content while aluminum did not affect all variables and no interaction between citric acid and aluminum on all variables. It is concluded that citric acid was not able to inprove seedling growth of soybean varietas anjasmoro with aluminum or no aluminum
Pengaruh Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Asset Dan Return on Equity Terhadap Accumulation Distribution Line
Fundamental and technical analysis is used by analysis to predict the trend of stock price and trading volume. Studies conducted aimed to determine the effect of fundamental analysis to technical analysis. Combining two forms of analysis can produce a more accurate prediction of the stock price movement of listed cement companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research experts indicate that the fundamental and technical analysis can be used independently with the ability to predict stock price movements. This study combines both analysis in a model that can provide a more robust predictive capability in the Company's share price movements of cement. Fundamental analysis is the economy wide scope, one of the predictions of financial performance. In this study the total asset turnover, return on assets and return on equity to determine which stocks are pretty good. While technical analysis is used accumulation distribution line that has a better ability to predict future stock prices because the data contained technical stock price and trading volume to determine when to buy and sell momentum. These results indicate that the total asset turnover, return on assets and return on equity significantly influence the accumulation distribution line. While the individual that the return on equity has no significant effect. The results of this study are expected to improve knowledge for the readers, especially investors in order to obtain optimal benefits
Penerapan Pendekatan Contexstual Teaching and Learning (Ctl) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas IV Sdn 019 Teluk Piyai Kecamatan Kubu
This study departed from low yields social studies students, with anaverage value of 64.05 class. While the value of minimum completeness criteria(KKM) IPS is 65 Aiming to improve learning outcomes IPS 019 fourth gradestudents of SDN Gulf Piyai Kubu district of Rokan Hilir. Formulation of theproblem: Is the application of CTL learning model to improve learning outcomesIPS 019 fourth grade students of SDN Gulf Piyai Kubu district of Rokan Hilir.Improved learning outcomes before PTK with an average of 64.05 with thecategory of less than one cycle after an increase by an average of 70.75 withenough categories and the second cycle with an average of 82.25 with very goodcategory. Overall, therefore, an increase in student learning outcomes from abase score of 6.7 and kesiklus one of two kesiklus base score of 18.2. While theactivities of students in the first cycle with an average of 68.75% in the secondcycle with an average of 83.33%. While the activity of the teacher on the firstcycle with an average 72.91% in the second cycle reaches 87.49%. These resultsprove that the application of CTL Learning Model can improve learning outcomesIPS 019 fourth grade students of SDN Gulf Piyai Kubu district Rokan Hilir
Spacing Effect on the Percentage of Life and Growth of Rhizophora Apiculata in Mangrove Education Center Marine Station University of Riau
This research was conducted in March-May 2014 in central study mangrovemarine station University Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of spacingon percentage seedling survival and growth of Rhizophora apiculata. The methodused in this research were experimental methods. Spacing treatment tested in thisstudy were: (1) Planting with a distance of 25 cm x 25 cm (2) Planting with adistance of 50 cm x 50 cm (3) Planting with a distance of 75 cm x 75 cm and (4)Planting by distance planting 100 cm x 100 cm. The results of the study for 45days was observed that the percentage of survival of the seedlings of Rhizophoraapiculata in various types of treatment spacing of the percentage of live 100%.Seedling height growth of Rhizophora apiculata good are at a spacing of 75 cm x75 cm (treatment C3) with average growth height of 0.080 cm/day. Meanwhile,the best steam diameter growth is best on Rhizophora apiculata are at a spacing of25 cm x 25 cm (treatment A2), with a trunk diameter growth of 0.0030 cm / day.The highest growth the number of leaves on the seedlings reached 4.9 strandscontained in a spacing of 25 cm x 25 cm (treatment A1). The data showed thatthere was effect of spacing on height growth, diameter growth and number ofleaves on Rhizophora apiculata seedlings, while the Anova test obtained therewas no the significant effect of spacing (Sig. > 0.05). It means that the proposedhypothesis (Ho) is accepted and (Ha) was rejected, which indicates that theprovision of spacing did not significantly affect height growth, diameter growthand number of leaves on Rhizophora apiculata seedlings during the observation
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung untuk Memahami Teks Bacaan Siswa Kelas III SD Negeri 011 Pulau Rambai Kecamatan Kampar Timur
The problem of research is low reading skills students understand the text, it can be see from the average value of student is 64.17. of the 12 students who achieve grades above KKM just 5 students (41%), while student who have not reached the KKM were 7 students (58%), the value specified KKM is 70. Based on these problems need to be done with the class action research applying the direct learning model. This study aims to improve the skills of reading text understanding Elementary School third grade student Pulau Rambai 011 Academic Year 2015/2016 the number of students as many as 12 people consisting of 5 boys and 7 girls. The study was conducted by two cycles. At each cycle I and II consist of three meetings, wich consists of two face to face meetings and one times dayli test at the end of the cycle. With applied learning models can improve the skills understanding direct reading student text, it is see from the increase of student writing skills base score is an average of 64.17, in the first cycle increased to 70.42 and the second cycle increased to 77.92. the percentage of teacher acvtivity also increased, as see from the percentage of the activity of teachers in the first cycle the first meeting 60% increase in the second meeting to 70%, in the second cycle increased in the first meeting, namely 80% and increased in the second meeting to 85%. The percentage of student activity also increased in the first cycle of the first meeting 55% increasing to 65% in the second meeting, on the second cycle increased at a first meeting 75%, and increased in the second meeting 80%. Based on the result of the study concluded that the implementation of direct learning model can improve the reading skills to understand the text of the third grade students of public Elementary School 011 Pulau Rambai
