Priority of strategic plans in BSC model by using of group decision making model
Strategic planning is especially important for organization's success and creation of competitive advantage in a competitive and complicated environment, and on the other hand achievement and implementation of strategies can perform an important role for the purpose of organizations' success, balanced scorecard is a new tool for designing operational strategies. One of Balanced Scorecard problems is the abs use of priority in strategic plans' performance. So, in this article by using proposed model, using the consensus of organization's managers and experts' opinions, measures of four perspectives and general objectives are determined in BSC, and then using experts' opinions and taking the relative importance of decision makers' opinions into consideration, by using 1Topsis method that it is one of Group Decision Making Model, the performances of strategic plans are prioritized in BSC model. The introduced method is used in a study and extracted results from it are analyzed from different points of view. In this article Initiatives is called strategic plans

Group Analytic Hierachy Process Method and Best Selection of the Strategic Plans in Balanced Scorecard Model
Strategic planning is especially important for organization's success and creation of competitive advantage in a competitive and complicated environment, and on the other hand achievement and implementation of strategies can perform an important role for the purpose of organizations' success, balanced scorecard is a new tool for designing operational strategies. One of the balanced scorecard problems is the abuse of priority in strategic plans' performance. So, in this article by using proposed model, using the consensus of organization's managers an experts' opinions, measures of four perspectives and general objectives are determined in BSC6, and then using experts' opinions and taking the relative importance of decision makers' opinions into consideration, by using GAHP7 method, the performances of strategic plans are prioritized in BSC model. The forgoing method has been used in a case study and the results and data have been evaluated from different points of view. In this article Initiatives is called strategic plans
360 Degree personnel performance appraisal using the MADM models and presenting a model for overall ranking
Since in the late observations, personnel performance appraisal is considered as a tool towards achieving organization goals, in which, the main idea is to increase the abilities and suitability and growth of personnel. In this paper the performance appraisal is seen as an element of group decision making and therefore, the 360 degree model performance appraisal has been used, in which, the personnel are evaluated from different points of view, (Boss, Colleagues (Co-worker), Inferior, employee him/herself, customer and etc…), keeping in mind the attributes weights, and relative importance of auditors evaluations, the MADM models have been used for personnel ranking. Finally an overall ranking resulted from new model
Analysis on hybrid dominance-based rough set parameterization using private financial initiative unitary charges data
This paper evaluates the capability of the hybrid parameter reduction approach in handling private financial initiative (PFI) unitary charges data to increase the classification performance. The objective of this study is to analyse the performance of the proposed hybrid parameter reduction approach in assisting the neural network classifier to classify complex data sets that might contain uncertain and inconsistent problems. The proposed hybrid parameter reduction approach consists of several methods that will be executed during the data analysis process. Slicing technique and dominance-based rough set approach (DRSA) are the two techniques that play important roles in the proposed parameter reduction process. In order, to analyse the performance of the proposed work, the PFI data that covers all regions in Malaysia is applied in the experimental works. Besides, several standard data sets have also been used to validate the obtained results. The results reveal that the hybrid approach has successfully assisted the classifier in the classification process
