Las historietas como recurso para mejorar el aprendizaje de la matemática en el nivel secundario

The implementation of cartoons turns out to be an effective method that allows students to develop the ability to elaborate their own knowledge while promoting motivation in terms of mathematical knowledge. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to identify the needs of students in 10th grade EGB of section "A", for the implementation of cartoons as a resource to improve the learning of mathematics, in the educational unit "NN" school year 2022-2023. The methodology used was quantitative and descriptive, which allowed us to broaden the worldview of the research topic. On the other hand, the study population consisted of a total of 1108 people, obtaining as a result that 82% would like to combine comics with computer technology, so they wish to make use of new learning tools during the teaching of mathematics based on comics with fictional characters.La implementación de las historietas resulta ser un método efectivo que le permite al estudiante desarrollar la capacidad de elaborar sus propios conocimientos fomentando a su vez la motivación en cuanto a los conocimientos matemáticos. Por ello, el objetivo primordial de este estudio es identificar la necesidad de los estudiantes del 10mo EGB, para la implementación de historietas como recurso en el mejoramiento del aprendizaje de la matemática, en la unidad educativa “NN” año lectivo 2022-2023. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva lo que permitió ampliar la cosmovisión del tema de investigación. Por su parte, la población de estudio estuvo constituida por un total de 1108 personas, obteniendo como resultado que el 82% les gustaría combinar las historietas con la tecnología de la computadora, por lo que desean hacer uso de nuevas herramientas de aprendizaje durante la impartición de la enseñanza de la matemática basado en historietas con personajes de ficción
