Sektiopotilaan postoperatiivinen hoito ja potilasohje

Sektio (sectio caesarea) on keisarileikkaus. Se on toimenpide, jossa sikiö syntyy äidin vatsanpeitteiden ja kohdun seinämän läpi. Suomessa vuonna 2009 syntyneestä 60 794:sta lapsesta 15,9 prosenttia syntyi sektiolla. Vuonna 2009 Kainuun keskussairaalassa synnytyksiä oli 780 kappaletta, joista sektioita oli 16,4 prosenttia. Opinnäytetyömme tarkoituksena oli työstää selkeä ja laadukas postoperatiivinen potilasohje sektiopotilaille. Toimeksiantajalla oli tarve kyseiseen ohjeeseen, koska heillä ei ole tällä hetkellä käytössään omaa sektiopotilaalle suunnattua ohjetta. Opinnäytetyömme tavoitteena oli sektiopotilaan hoidon laadun kehittäminen. Ohjeen avulla edistetään sektiopotilaan paranemista leikkauksen jälkeen. Opinnäytetyömme tutkimustehtävä oli: Millaista tietoa sisältävä potilasohje helpottaa sektiopotilaan selviytymistä leikkauksen jälkeen? Potilasohjeeseen kokosimme tietoja sairaalassaoloajasta, leikkaushaavanhoidosta sekä kotihoito-ohjeita. Tuotteistamisprosessimme koostui tuotteen suunnittelusta, toteutuksesta ja arvioinnista. Vaiheet kulkivat rinnakkain koko prosessin ajan ja pystyimme muokkaamaan tuotettamme tarpeen vaatiessa, kun saimme uusia ideoita. Potilasohje perustui kirjallisuuteen ja tutkittuun tietoon. Potilasohjetta arvioivat hoitotyön asiantuntijat sekä kaksi ystäväämme, jotka olivat äskettäin kokeneet sektion. Testasimme sisällön ymmärrettävyyttä ja selkeyttä äideillä, joilla ei ollut kokemusta sektiosta. Saadun palautteen avulla muokkasimme potilasohjetta asiasisällöltään loogisemmaksi ja ymmärrettävämmäksi, jolloin se vastasi sektiopotilaan tarpeita. Uuden sektiopotilaan postoperatiivisen potilasohjeen avulla hoitajat saavat tukea potilasohjaukseen sekä sek-tiopotilas voi tukeutua ohjeeseen saamansa suullisen ohjauksen lisäksi. Potilasohje on laadittu hyvän kirjallisen potilasohjeen kriteereiden mukaisesti, jossa ilmenevät ohjeen selkeys, ymmärrettävyys ja tiedon luotettavuus. Jatkotutkimuksen aiheita voisivat olla tämän potilasohjeen toimivuuden testaaminen sektiopotilailla tai se, millaisena sektiopotilaat kokevat potilasohjauksen leikkauksen jälkeen.Caesarean section (sectio caesarea) or C-section is an operation in which the foetus is born through the mother’s abdominal wall and perimetrium. In Finland, 15.9 % of the 60 794 children born in 2009 were delivered by Caesarean section. In 2009, of the 780 deliveries at Kainuu Central Hospital, 16.4 % were performed by Caesarean section. The purpose of this thesis was to compile an explicit and thorough postoperative patient guide for Caesarean section patients. The commissioner had a need for the guide, because at the moment they do not have a guide specifically directed to Caesarean section patients. The aim of this thesis was to improve the quality of postoperative care of Caesarean section patients. The guide helps promote the recovery of C-section patients after the operation. The research problem of the thesis was to determine what kind of information the patient guide should include to facilitate the coping of Caesarean section patients after the operation. The patient guide contains information on staying in hospital, surgical wound care and home care instructions. The product development process consisted of planning, implementing and evaluating the product. These phases ran parallel throughout the whole process, and the product was modified when new ideas came up. The patient guide was based on medical literature and previous studies, and it was evaluated by nursing experts and two friends of the authors who had recently had a Caesarean section. The comprehensibility and clarity of the content was assessed by mothers with no experience of Caesarean section. After examining the feedback, the content of the patient guide was revised to make it more logical and understandable, so that it met the needs of Caesarean section patients. The new postoperative patient guide for Caesarean section patients supports nurses in patient counseling. Also, the guide complements the oral counseling given to patients. The patient guide was compiled to meet the criteria set for a satisfactory written patient guide, in which the clarity, comprehensibility and reliability of information are emphasized. Further research could include testing the effectiveness of this patient guide with Caesarean section patients. Alternatively, one could study how Caesarean section patients experience postoperative patient counseling

"Not just words" : classical ballet terms for teachers help.

Tämä pedagogisten opintojen opinnäytetyö on balettisanasto ja sen käyttöohje. Opinnäytetyössä on suomennettu ranskankieliset balettitermit ja joidenkin termien yhteydessä on kerrottu myös liikkeen suoritustavasta, jotta termi ja sen suomennos olisi helpompi ymmärtää. Balettitermistö on koottu sanastoksi, joka sisältää myös lyhyen kielioppiosion. Kiinnostus balettitermien suomentamiseen on lähtenyt kirjoittajan omista kokemuksista. Baletin termit eivät ole vain keksittyjä sanoja vaan elävää kieltä. Sanat ja liikkeiden nimet kuvaavat monessa tapauksessa tiettyä liikettä, joten ranskankielisten termien ymmärtäminen auttaa muistamaan liikkeitä ja niiden suoritustavan. Tämän työn tavoite oli sekä tutustua balettitermistöön että erilaisiin balettiliikkeisiin ja niiden suoritustapaan. Tavoitteena oli kirjoittaa sanasto, joka voi olla opettajan apuna hänen käytännön opetustyössään. Opettajan täytyy itse ymmärtää termit, jotta hän voi käyttää niitä opetuksessaan ja opettaa ne myös oppilailleen. Sanasto on ennen kaikkea suunnattu opettajille ja opettajiksi opiskeleville, mutta sanastosta voi olla myös paljon hyötyä ja iloa tanssinopiskelijoille, tanssin harrastajille, sekä tietysti kaikille aiheesta kiinnostuneille. Sanasto on laadittu lähdekirjallisuuteen tutustumalla. Sanastoon on valittu mahdollisimman monipuolisesti baletin termistöä, jotta sanasto olisi kielellisesti kattava.This thesis is a classical ballet dictionary and its instruction of use. In this thesis the classical ballet terms have been translated from French to Finish and there is also some information about the correct way of executing the ballet movements so that the reader would understand the ballet terms easier. This dictionary of classical ballet terms includes also a small grammar. The interest of doing this thesis comes from the writers own experiences. The classical ballet terms are not just some words that have been made up but they are real French words. The words and the terms really describe the ballet movements. If you understand the terms it will help you to remember the movements and also the way they should be executed. The aim of this thesis was to get to know the classical ballet terms and the correct way of executing the ballet movements. The aim was to write a dictionary which can be helpful for dance teachers in their job. A teacher must understand the classical ballet terms so that he or she can use them correctly and also teach them to the students. This dictionary has been made above all for teachers and for those studying to become teachers but it can also be helpful for dance students, and of course for everyone interested in classical ballet. This dictionary is based on literary sources. This dictionary consists of versatile selection of classical ballet terms in order to be as comprehensive as possible
