This article analyses the latest publications studying the use and practical application of secondary resources as raw materials in design. This analysis is based on the list of secondary resources and their applications in interior decoration. In particular, the interiors of public catering enterprises were analysed. Restaurants with different functional purposes that were classified into several categories with specific peculiarities of interior design were identified. This article presents and describes different types of public catering enterprises based on those categories. The interior design of a public catering enterprise is regarded as a considerably complex system. Different types of secondary materials were reviewed to identify the most frequently used materials for interior space design. This article describes the main peculiarities of the use of secondary materials and presents examples of their practical application. The function of secondary materials in the interior design of public catering enterprises were detected and reviewed. On the basis of the analysis, several directions for the practical application of our results in the field of public catering enterprise design were suggested

The article describes the use of flexible project management approaches during the formation of virtual enterprises. The article is devoted to the consideration of modern approaches to the definition of the concept of "virtual enterprise with a flexible production system." The study used several methods: generalization, systematization, formalization, logical, formal methods, as well as comparative analysis methods to study modern approaches of the definition of the studied concept. The tasks considered in the article are theoretical. The economic content of the concept of “virtual enterprise and flexible production system” is disclosed. The article presents the current economic content of the concept of “Flexible production system” based on a review of modern approaches to the definition of this concept, and also highlights key indicators for the implementation of a flexible production system. The basic concepts, ideas, methods of creating virtual enterprises are formulated. A new technology for the implementation of management tasks based on system design, control theory, business process and intelligent modeling were proposed [2,3]

    Optimization of intercept parking lots

    No full text
The paper discusses the main prerequisites for the development of parking lots. The main problems are estimated, the solution of which is the construction of multi-level intercept parking lots. The urgency of the problem is associated with the increasing gas pollution in the city, an increase in the number of accidents, a decrease in the speed of delivery of goods and the availability of parking spaces in the city center. The parking lot is considered, which provides its functions all year round regardless of weather conditions. At the same time, design solutions and materials were selected to minimize financial costs. The use of steel as the main material for supporting structures makes it possible to reduce the cost of construction. Structural columns, vertical ties and beams are made from it. Floor slabs should be made of reinforced concrete on fixed formwork from galvanized corrugated sheet of various grades. When using sheets with a high corrugation, it is possible to create a ceiling without secondary beams. Staircases, stairways and elevator shafts should also be made from reinforced concrete or from concrete blocks in order to achieve the required fire resistance limit corresponding to that required for parking lot. The appearance of the multi-level intercept parking lot meets modern aesthetic requirements and also has a positive effect on the minds of motorists, appearing as part of a comfortable living environment

    4D modeling in high-rise construction

High-rise construction is a complex construction process, requiring the use of more perfected and sophisticated tools for design, planning and construction management. The use of BIM-technologies allows minimizing the risks associated with design errors and errors that occur during construction. This article discusses a visual planning method using the 4D model, which allows the project team to create an accurate and complete construction plan, which is much more difficult to achieve with the help of traditional planning methods. The use of the 4D model in the construction of a 70-story building allowed to detect spatial and temporal errors before the start of construction work. In addition to identifying design errors, 4D modeling has allowed to optimize the construction, as follows: to optimize the operation of cranes, the placement of building structures and materials at various stages of construction, to optimize the organization of work performance, as well as to monitor the activities related to the preparation of the construction site for compliance with labor protection and safety requirements, which resulted in saving money and time

Kohonen cards for clustering fund of the residential real-estate

    No full text
The algorithm of a clustering of fund of the residential real-estate is based on a neural network simulation using T. Kokhonnen’s maps. Self-organizing maps (SOM) divide 296 objects into 16 clusters based on 33 signs. An important result of the research is the possibility of structural analysis of housing stock which allows to form an idea of his general condition. During periodic inspection and analysis of the condition of housing stock relocation of an object in other cluster will specify the changed technical condition. The quantitative composition of similar clusters will allow to determine the necessary volume of investment of these activities

The article discusses the possibility of integrating the traditionally opposed approaches of Agile and Kanban in the management of large manufacturing enterprises. The aim of the study is to develop a new algorithm for the implementation of lean production via formation of small work groups that operate based on Scrum methodology. Authors have classified famous approaches to lean manufacturing implementation, identified general patterns, and proposed a new integrated approach. The developed algorithm helps to launch lean production at a large enterprise in a most efficient way, quickly involve personnel in the change process, and identify change leaders. Agile frameworks in lean management support to get a specific result in a short time and make quick adjustments to scheduled plans

The role of redevelopment in the development of the spatial organization of production

Modern enterprises are steadily developing. Development takes place with different speed, but lack of development leads to reduction activities. The company is constantly introducing innovations to keep the pace of development. The development involves the extension activities. The expansion focuses on the physical boundaries of the enterprises. In the future, its development, the company must predict the time when the estate should be expanded. On the other hand, the extension is not always possible within the boundaries of a given territory. So each company goes through a stage of transformation of its location. The change of place of activity related to the transfer of production capacity, we disclose via the category of redevelopment areas. In European practice, proceedings of the technology of redevelopment have a practice for over 30 years. Russian economy is faced with the necessity of solving such problems, only in the new Millennium. Previously planned organization of the economy is clearly shaped conditions for the functioning of industries and given expert guidance on the timing and the postponements of the proceedings. The Russian economy is building new inter-industry relations and problems of implementation of redevelopment programs are in demand. They affect the interests of the state, construction companies and manufacturers directly. The combination of these market participants need to develop organizational solutions that will not hinder the progressive development of the economy of the region and specific production
