    The financial crisis in Romania has expressed in an eloquent manner and meant large negative effects, such as external factors generated by trigger of the financial crisis in Romania in October 2008 and internal factors for society that fundamentally influenced the decreasing of funding in 2009. Promotion of private initiative is, in our opinion, one of the methods that attenuate the financial effort of state for social segment which generates costs and, is producing revenue for the state. In this paper we promote the idea of opening a fundamental process of restructuring the SME’s management mentality, that of safeguarding of the enterprises with existing instruments, but also with new proposals to the Government, for regeneration as soon as possible of the country's economic and human factors capable of working.bankruptcy, SME, Reorganization, companies, crisis, fusion.

    There is an increasing emphasis in many countries, including Hungary, on developing new models of partnership between universities and enterprises and developing entrepreneurial skills as well. The economic significance of SME’s has been continuously increasing since 1989, the political changes in Hungary. Supporting this sector and improving its development is highlighted objective of European Union, and the Hungarian economic policy as well. There is an increasing demand for rapid, dynamic and flexible teaching programs. Faculty of Economics has developed several teaching materials in international programs since 1996. The aim of the newest programs is to develop entrepreneurial skills.Увеличивающийся акцент во многих странах мира, включая и Венгрию тоже, заключается в развитии новых моделей партнёрства между университетами и предприятиями и развитием предпринимательских навыков. С 1989 экономическое значение малых- и средних предприятий непрерывно увеличивается. Поддержка этого сектора и улучшение его развития выдвинуты на первый план в Европейском Союза, и в Венгрии тоже. Есть увеличивающееся требование на быстрые, динамические и гибкие обучающие программы. В развитии этих программ с 1996 года участвует и Экономический Факультет Мишкольцского Университета.     This article aims to review current empirical research on electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) and discusses some implications for future research, which will be focused on comparative analysis of how social and cultural factors might influence the implementation and development of e-HRM systems in different E.U. countries. Based on a definition and an initial framework, we analyzed the surveys conducted in this field as well as the case studies focused on practical e-HRM applications, the examined topics and the relevant findings.     The paper examines the relationship between two important variables that define small and medium-sized enterprises:organizational culture and responsiveness. Firms operating in Romania were selected for the study. The country offers a business context with many changes over the last two decades, a challenge and an opportunity for researchers. Results show that the combination of entrepreneurial characteristics and planning and goal oriented managerial styles suits best successful companies. The market-driven type of culture has the best coordination and is best positioned to deliver customer-centered versatility, while adhocracy helps businesses respond fast to changes in the market environment

    Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is considered an important determinant of job performances, leadership skills development and efficiency of the teamwork. Many authors stated that there are differences between female and male emotional competences. The aim of the present paper is to explore the correlations between the gender, considered as independent variable, and the EQ competences, as dependent variables, clustered in four EQ analysis domains: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. The study was based on an empirical research undertaken on a representative sample of 80 managers from different hierarchical levels in Romanian software development companies. The research methodology involved a design of a conceptual framework, based on four hypotheses, tested by means of Pearson chi-square. The research results emphasize a cultural specific context and some suggestions for future research are provided
